Holly made me feel so welcome

Absolutely amazing place holly made me feel so welcome ànd she is so friendly and a cheerful worker there. I honestly thought holly was a manger she ran that place so well. Definitely will be coming back when holly is working again. Highly recommend going there when holly is working.

Good place for grandparents to take the grandkids!!

Took my grandchildren aged 7 and 8. Very helpful staff. Clean play areas. They really enjoyed a couple of hours there. Nice for me to sit and watch them playing happily, while having a good cup of coffee.

Birthday party

Had a great birthday party for my little girl. She and her friends had an amazing time. The staff were so helpful and approachable from start to finish. Made it easy to come in and enjoy the party. Big shout out to our host Holly, perfect host, made it clear how the party would run from the start with timings and kept us updated throughout. She was very happy and enthusiastic about it all, helped to make the party fun. Another shout out to Nicola and Tom as well with the different parts of the party.

Underwhelming experience with high entrance fee, lacking entertainment, poor food quality but friendly staff!

The experience at the general express felt lackluster considering the steep £20 entrance fee. Suggestions for improvement include incorporating some lively kids' party music, having an animator entertain for brief intervals every hour, and addressing the disappointing quality of the food, particularly the garlic-laden margherita pizza. Additionally, diversifying the menu, which currently lacks chips, could greatly enhance the overall experience. There's definite room for improvement.

Amazing staff

As always my grandson loved it - we have been many times and will go back many times - I have never been to a soft play where the staff are so friendly and helpful - nothing is too much trouble - Tom, Holly and Nicola you are a credit to Partyman!
