even 1 star he didn't deserve it!
for this period of the end of the year we had decided my husband and I to spend the new year in London, we took ourselves in advance (1 month before) to book the trip offered by the barge thames cruise princess, with dinner and drink at will for a very expensive amount of 400€.
we had a reservation where we had to be there at 7:30 p.m., we were on time, the beginning of the ordeal to begin, no professionalism! we had queued for 2h30! to finally tell us knowing that there were more than half of people present on the pontoon who did not enter, after 2h40 we were told that the barge was crowded, and that too many reservations had been made and that they did not know to manage.
we were asked to turn around sschant that we had all paid and had the confirmation email, we had all been thrown like animals!! without any difficulty, we could not go on the gold barge that had been reserved for a long time.
Doing this on December 31, and canceling our party as it is completely disrespectful. they didn't care we were shouted at, 2 years since the 31st had not been celebrated!
I strongly advise against this barge, even for a trip or event. they are heartless people, thieves who just wanted to collect as much money as possible, not taking into account the capacity of the barge! they think that the money is heartless people, especially not to book this barge horror!!!

From the very first phone call to make an enquiry about a river cruise I was met with friendliness, courtesy, reassurance...... thanks to Laura who took my call there was no doubting after and I booked a 90mins river cruise for myself and three other guests visiting UK from abroad.
Skipper Simon and his mate Phil were as equally friendly, helpful and caring. Commentary by Skipper Simon had some very interesting history about the properties and land along the river, one example an unusual place for a post box set in a wall....... Mate Phil looked after the guiding of safe mooring and also the bar, always with a friendly smile.
The weather was kind on the day albeit a little windy, but the waters were clear and smooth. All in all a great recommendation for this cruise on The Thames from Caversham and staff, from booking to crew.

This was given as a gift and we booked to go on one of the hottest days we've had all summer! The 120 minute Sunday roast dinner cruise was brilliant - such a nice experience and relaxing. The chefs and catering staff did wonderful job starting very early in the morning on a boiling hot day in a small compact gally kitchen. Amazing the food that came out! Three courses from pre selected menu- pork gammon was delicious and plenty of fresh veg and roast potatoes. Cruise took us from Caversham to Pangbourne and back again passing some beautiful sites along the way. Highly recommend this cruise and lunch combination. Thanks for the great afternoon!

Splendid day out. Big family gathering and everyone from 6 weeks to 80 had a wonderful time. Excellent food and welcoming crew. I can highly recommend this, either as a private charter or just their regular trips. Upstream from Caversham is so pretty, herons, swans and plenty of other wildlife.

A family outing on a sunny day. The staff were excellent and the captain was very informative about the areas we passed. The boat was comfortable and the toilets were clean (very important). And we could buy hot or cold drinks on board. We will do this trip again

My sister and cousins took me on a Sunday Lunch cruise along The Thames on Caversham Princess. The views were stunning, the service exemplary and the lunch delicious. I would recommend this to any family wanted to celebrate time together.

This was a birthday present from my children. What an outstanding experience this was, the crew, the food and drinks (!) all made for a wonderful birthday. It is embarrassing that I don’t know the names of the team on board. Nothing was too much trouble, we absolutely loved the experience. Recommended? You bet, go and enjoy it, you will not be disappointed,

Perfect for a team get together after 2 years of no travel. We booked a private charter on Princess Marina and Thames Rivercruises were super helpful. They changed the boarding time to suit our agenda and it was a totally relaxing experience. The Royal Feast was delicious and plentiful and all the crew were polite and ensured our trip went smoothly. Highly recommend this experience and will be going back on a personal trip to have the cream tea or roast dinner (or both).

This is worth every penny, the staff are brilliant engaging, approachable and great sense of humour.the boat is clean and well suited to meet all needs we went on a short 45 min cruise river taster...perfect for my young granddaughter's who absolutely loved the whole experience.
The views are lovely and it was very relaxing even the kids felt chilled out after this trip
We took a little picnic on board but there are drinks available at good prices on board .
My 3 rd time using and will definitely return again

We have a new 'wheelchair friendly'boat being renovated at the moment which will be operational later in the summer. However, we do not operate in the Windsor area. Our company is based in Reading, so if you venture our direction give us a call.
