Staff were really accommodating and managed to book us in for a bintarong experience very last minute which was such a highlight. The keeper was fantastic. The keepers have fantastic relationships with the animals, all the animals look relaxed and happy with plenty of enrichment.
We have normally been in winter, it was lovely to see flowers still blooming in the garden this time of year and some of the ornamental fountains working. A lovely day out.

All wheelchair friendly including the train. Had a great autumn afternoon here and managed to see most of the animals. Could have been here all day. We were lucky enough to see the monkeys and lemurs being fed. Many more animals than when I last visited. The tapir didn't want us to leave! The cafe stays open until 15 minutes before closing time which was great as after all the walking we were in need of a drink. The gardens were beautiful.

Lovely well maintained gardens and beautiful flowers. Me and my partner visited and spent around 3 hours walking round. If you are a family with children, you can easily spend longer here with the play areas dotted around the park. We saw most of the animals they had and got a ticket for a free train ride at admissions which was a pleasant surprise.
Gift shop has a nice selection of gifts for children to remember their day but not a great deal of personalised items with “Beale Park Wildlife Park” written on them like a lot of other Biaza zoos have so didn’t end up purchasing anything unfortunately. All in all, a lovely day out with lots to see and do! Will definitely be back ☺️

Visited for the first time, beautiful weather, fabulous park. Animals all had large enclosures and seemed well cared for. Had some lunch at the wild cafe and found it very good and reasonably priced, although a little limited but enough choice for most. Listened to 1 talk which I think was a keeper in training and sadly didn’t project well but enthusiastic in what she was telling us. First impressions are important and I must admit the ticket staff seemed less than welcoming with one chomping on her snacks while we were trying to engage in conversation about it being our first time visiting there was no encouragement to visit any part of the park. If it were me I’d be saying oh you must see the pampas walk or we’ve just acquired some reindeer they’re at the back of the park but we had none of that. Maybe they were having an off day but I think making people welcome would bring them back.
Also park map at the entrance needs updating or replacing as we couldn’t find several animals where they were shown on the map and sadly the one member of staff we saw and asked didn’t know where those animals were.
All in all a lovely day out which could have been a little better.

Beale is just brilliant in every way! Beautiful animals and birds of all sorts in excellent condition within superb enclosures and facilities for all, from very big to really small, especially the surprise of seeing the very new baby meerkat! Confident, capable and happy staff doing a fantastic job in all areas. Very well managed and maintained throughout. We spent 6 enjoyable hours observing and learning so much about our incredible wildlife. Definitely returning!

Such a lovely place for the kids and could easily spend all day here. There’s so much to do and see and the train ride is great. We got in on an offer but I did see it’s £80 for an annual pass which I think is fairly expensive just for one place when you consider national trust and such.
Some of the enclosures do look maybe a little tired but it might be their way of keeping it as ‘wild’ as possible and then some of them look very busy with lots of activities and hiding places.
We didn’t use the cafe but the toilets were clean and had toilet roll and hand wash.
The park as a whole is clean and well kept, lots of staff around, the play parks are abundant and there’s something for all ages.
The gardens are lovely too and I would definitely recommend a visit, I dont understand anyone that gives Beale park 1 star!
This is our 5th visit and sadly my boys are getting too old at nearly 11 and 13 but previous visits we’ve had to drag them out!

Everything in one place. Animals, play areas, train rides, paddling pools, sand pits, activities, animal talks etc etc. Beautiful gardens. Lovely animal staues . Amazing day out.

Lovely wildlife park.
The staff are very friendly and helpful. My children played on the pirate ship playground, the sand pit and also went in the paddling pool which is fenced off for safety. Changing rooms are nice and clean but a bit too far away from the paddling pool - the children had to walk there in bare foot to get dry and changed. We wandered around the park, my children played on the jumping pillow but be warned, jumping pillows can be quite dangerous. We had a few rides on the zip line and wandered back for the train ride.
All in all, a very lovely day and two very worn out children!
We took our own food so can’t comment on the cafe or restaurant. Drinking taps were around the park so could refill our bottles easily.

We thought this was an excellent experience and very good value for money.
Everything was clean and well organised. The animals looked happy and well cared for and there was lots to see.
Compared to some of the more well-known wildlife parks, this was excellent value for money.
There's plenty here for children. Lots of education and many play areas and a pool.

A lovely day out with the grandchildren. Booked on line. Prices reasonable to other wildlife places we have been. Plenty of parking, not a long walk to the entrance. Train pass was given to us at the entrance and was informed they go every 30 minutes. We had a child in a buggy and found the access around the park very easy, It really is a gem of a place. Plenty of animals at eye level for younger children. Lovely water areas and plenty of picinic places if you need them. Beautfiul plants to view with the names of them in the garden areas. A paddle pool which was not open when we visited but it was a cloudy day. A lovley jumping area surrouded by sand. Two lovely play areas. The train ride is good fun too. Always busy as you can expect. We had lunch there - the menu is what you would expect. We had lovely jacket potatoes, pulled pork baguette - delicious, chicken goujons with chips - chips cooked to perfection, our meals were very nice. We did have a bit of a wait for the food but it was worth it. We ate inside which was nice and clean and served by very pleasant staff at the counter. All the staff we encountered were very pleasant. We arrived at 11:00am and left at 16:00pm We had a lovely day and would definitely return.

Don't know very doubtful. We only bought ice creams in the cafe. Our daughter is Coeliac and we are used to places not catering for her. We take packed lunches with us everywhere.

No, you have to leave where you board the train, but it’s safe.
