Thank you for taking the time to leave us a positive review and for giving us feedback on your visit. It's much appreciated. I was a little surprised to hear that you didn't think there was enough for little ones to interact with in the museum. We do have many positive comments about how hands-on the museum is, and we have something for youngsters to climb on, try on or play with in every exhibition gallery, including vehicles. It's one of the main reasons that we won the UK's family friendly museum award last year. But we're always looking for ways we can improve and will take your feedback on board in the future. We also try and make sure that everyone visiting NESM has a fun, engaging experience but we are very proud that we are first and foremost a museum. This means that we maintain a historic collection which we enjoy sharing with visitors but have to make sure that our rarer objects are properly cared for and protected.
