I was very disappointed to read your comments. Our range of Christmas stock has not changed from last year. We have been able to bring the Christmas stock out into the main sales area, as the large queuing area, that was installed for Covid purposes, has been removed. We have a larger Hamper display in the foyer, which was previously located with the Christmas stock. Certain Christmas products have sold out, as we launched the Christmas range mid- October. Of course, all retailers have to be careful about the volume of stock that they are ordering currently, due to the depressed market conditions we are facing. You have taken exception to the range of frozen product we have brought from Cook. When looking at this product area, Cook is the only supplier we can use, who offer a substantial range, have won huge amounts of Great Taste Awards for their product and are able to supply us on a regular basis. Our ethos hasn't changed at all. We try to buy locally if we can and could not on this occasion. Over the decade that you have been shopping with us, the whole market has changed massively. Businesses cannot stand still, and as Albert Einstein once said,"Insanity is doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results."
