Martin made an absolutely stunning flying jacket for me in sumptuous sheepskin. Excellent quality and craftsmanship! If it is something in leather or sheepskin you want, Martin is your man!

Finding this store was serendipity. I am always on the hunt for something while traveling that I will wear or use later and always be reminded of a fun adventure. My husband and I went to the store on their afternoon hours and had a lovely chat with Martin. He is very engaging. There are lovely things in his store, but I was looking for a more casual handbag. I mentioned that I liked a purse he had, but wished it were in leather and not suede. He said he could make it in leather if I wanted to come back in two hours. I picked out the leather I wanted and two hours later I had a beautifully made bag. I was amazed at his skill in such a short timeframe. I am thrilled with my purchase and my experience at his store.

Went by twice during opening hours looking for a new belt and a bag.

It is worth searching out this little workshop. I bought a beautifully soft handbag. The leather jackets and suede shirts looked lovely and there are numerous small items of soft leather that would make a lovely gift. Of particular interest is the guitar straps made to order for rock stars!

Martyn can make bespoke leather goods, he has made us leather belts using leather to get and exact match for my wife's dress and is able to repair leather goods. His small shop is well worth a visit and, for what you get, is reasonably priced

I discovered Martin Pryce after finding out he was the person responsible for making straps for Guy Pratt (Pink Floyd, Robert Palmer, Bryan Ferry, Madonna, Voverdale /Page, etc). I have always liked ostrich style leather with its "birds eye" figuring.
I sent Martin an email enquiring as to whether he could make me a strap using this material. After speaking to him, I found Martin had two differing shades of ostrich pattern leather available. So, I ordered two straps and specified my choice of colour for the leather insert "flashes".
My order was placed on the Wednesday. Martin hand makes each item. I received the straps in the post on the Saturday (3 days from order to delivery - fantastic).
The straps are exactly what I was looking for. Great service using top quality leather, at great prices. I'm now thinking about potential futire orders.

Martin's workshop is the real thing - him working on one side and lovely bags, belts and more on the other. He's happy to chat, and we found him very willing to discuss adapting standard designs to individual needs. My wife had a bag wider and with longer handles and it came by post within ten days. His website gives a good view of his 40 years' experience and wide range.
