Came in just after one on a Saturday lunchtime and were thoroughly entertained by the bar staff who were getting the atmosphere going along with the loud music, it filled up fast as the trains arrived at the station next door, great spot to start a day out

Can't really say much as. we were only there for 1 drink whilst waiting for one of our group to gab the train. Drinks were ok, it was a Friday night so it took a while t get them but otherwise it was good. Atmosphere was ok. Myself and my other half were walking back to the hotel after the drink so it was nice to just sit down and chill with one of our friends.
Didn't notice any issues with security like some have but we were only there about 30-40 mins.

The security were rude and biased. Never experienced this before. We then witnessed biased attitudes to certain people depending on what they were wearing but it seemed to depend on who rather than what was being worn. Also some people were told they were too drunk yet others that were obviously in a more drunken state were fine, it appeared to be those that were prepared to have banter were ok. Then twice I saw men being refused entrance because they were on there own. Not everyone have friends or companions to socialise with and I found this very inappropriate. Since this visit I have heard a lot of people having had issues with the security. Will not be going there again.

Turned away at the door as they do not allow solo entry (no mention of this policy on their website as far as I can see). It was 7pm and I was sober. An explanation of the policy would be welcome because it felt like pure and simple discrimination.

We booked a cocktail experience for this afternoon, and I have had a brilliant time making cocktails with my friends. Dan our cocktail extrodinaire was absolutely amazing and we had great fun behind the bar making cocktails! 10/10 would recommend... Definitely coming back for my birthday!!

I went to Be At One after being told by my family how amazing this place was. To be perfectly honest amazing doesn’t even explain it! We came in and the vibe was incredible all the staff working clearly love their job and show so much energy and enthusiasm towards each other and the customers! Jack was amazing and friendly!
Will definitely come back without a doubt!
