Ben was the best part of the experience and it would not have been the same without him. His charisma and charm was a breath of fresh air from the get go and we could’nt have escaped if not for his encouragement and assistance. He made me feel like a queen and I hope his life is filled with the joy that he gave to us.

Escape stoke has a good selection of rooms which make it worth travelling from Birmingham to visit. The games masters are all friendly with a big shout out to Big Ben who loves a laugh and a joke

Went for my daughter’s birthday. The staff were great. Couldn’t be more helpful. We all really enjoyed it. Managed to escape with a little help!

Did the CSI room; pretty difficult but was a fun hour. Alex was very friendly and helpful and I would go back to try another room. Only thing is that this room is quite graphic so would suggest a warning / that it’s for adults only, and have a timer /countdown clock in the room somewhere.

Extremely fun, even though we didn't win! Such friendly staff we could have a laugh with! I'll definitely be coming back here! So enjoyable and also really challenging! Great trip!!

An absolutely terrible experience in their Sherlock Holmes room. First things first the link to Sherlock is very tenuous, I'd forgotten we'd booked the Sherlock room when we first went in because it's so badly themed. The puzzles are alright but the boxes are stuffed full of clues so they easily overwhelm you, you really shouldn't be digging more than 20 pieces of a clue out of a single box. One of the locks had not been reset properly and was completely open so we had to ask a staff member to close it properly for us and a second puzzle didn't work as the magnets did not release leaving us completely stumped and having to call the lady back in a second time to brute force the door for us (She did add 5 minutes to the timer for us though which was the only positive). Completely ruins the immersion not that there was much of it to begin with as there is no music or sound effects, which also means you can hear other rooms yelling at each other. One puzzle had no clue attached and you simply had to brute force it? Very confusing. It felt like there were barely any puzzles and there weren't even many props around the rooms. A big stack of clues was just shoved in a corner when they could have been hidden nicely in other places. AND I haven't even mentioned how dirty everything was yet, stains on the table and dirt everywhere! Replace your clues and actually clean up!
I feel like these rooms could be so much better if the people running them actually cared but clearly they don't.
So sorry to the game master who saw to us. You were lovely and sweet but you couldn't save this experience unfortunately.

Initially booked for Tuesday, but due to a technical difficulty with the jumanji room had reschedule for the Friday. Communication during this time was shocking and could not get hold of anyone to confirm if it was up and running. The whole set up is far less professional than 2 other venues that we've visited. And the technical difficulties were not fixed meaning that pictures on the wall that should of opened and a door that should of opened, did not open!

Really enjoyable. Took my 6 year old niece who loved trying to work everything out. Only dealt with one staff member, (think it was Alex) he was really informative, helpful and all round nice guy! We’ll definitely be booking again.

We had the jumanji escape room but struggled, had to ask for help only to be told that the room hadn't been stocked fully after the last time it was used. If we had been given the essential part for completing and finding clues I think we would have succeeded
