I took my niece and nephew they had an amazing time we met Hemanth he was friendly and helpful as well attentive making sure the kids were happy and having fun. We can’t thank him enough for giving the kids the best experience 😊

been to a few escape rooms but this one by far was the best the jump scares was every where staff are real friendly would recommend this place to anyone will be going again

Really immersive, good fun really enjoyed it. Very interactive actors. Will definitely be returning to try some of the other rooms. Games host very helpful.

Five of us did the outbreak room and were extremely disappointed. Before we entered the room, we asked if it would be ok to use the torches on our phones and were told we could . However, once inside the room, we were told very rudely over the walkie-talkie that we couldn't use them after all. This meant we had just one torch between five of us in a very dark room. This was not sufficient. Some features of the room didn't get activated when they were supposed to and left us feeling confused and not sure if we had solved the puzzle or not. This wasted a lot of our time. There were not enough different puzzles for five people. It was just one puzzle at a time, so it would be more suited to just two people. The hints via the walkie-talkie were not clear. The whole experience was unprofessional and extremely disappointing. I don't understand the five-star reviews on here. We have done loads of escape rooms in the West Midlands area, and this is by far the worst experience we've ever had.

Attended the outbreak escape room with my partner, on Saturday 10th August 2024 at 7:30pm.
Traffic was light on the way and there was free parking on site (via signing in reg system located in the building).
Your valuables/phone etc can be left in a secure safe.
We were met by two gentlemen who explained the general basis and story, I.e. year 2200 and an outbreak has swept across the country. We were then given eye masks and led down a hallway to the escape room. Once inside the voice over the speaker will instruct you from there.... Have fun!
It was a fantastic experience with very relevant and fun puzzles. A few jump scare moments and a live actor in with you as part of the story. Would 100% recommend.
The only downside is tiny, and only that the walkie talkie isn't the clearest when requesting hints, but it does have a much needed torch on it!
Escape time: 1 hour
Our escape time: 41 mins

Me and my classmates attempted this after our exam season. We didn’t escape but we had a lot of fun! I think with a bit more practice we could become a good team

This was the 10th escape room I have been to in Birmingham, and it is one of the best and most memorable. The GM was friendly, polite and explained things well.
The escape room itself was very atmospheric and the puzzles were logical - not that they were easy, but they didn't leave you randomly guessing solutions. The NPC actor played their part to a tee. Would recommend without question.

Naz was a great game host. Aided us well. Scary and very fun. Lots of screams and laughter. Would definitely recommend. Perfect for two people or for a big group!
