Hi Jodie, yes only a small amount of the tour is outdoors. We normally start just over the road opposite the houses, but if it's very rainy tour guides will do this elsewhere or move on quickly! A brolly/raincoat is recommended for the short outside sections. The majority of the 90 minute tour is inside, probably only 10-15 minutes outside.

Yes. we are NT members, and we didn't have to pay extra - but we did have to book in advance.

I reckon it lasts for about 90 minutes. But you must book before you go.

I agree that it would probably not be suitable. Steep stair and narrow stairs would nee very difficult.
