Very poor attitude of management. When I left, my wife and I cashed out at their self service machine. I remember collecting the coins but I forgot to pick up the £90. I was clearly distracted.
I phoned the casino half an hour later. A so called duty manager had zero sympathy for me she said she could see my wife and I at the machine collecting but could not clearly see anyone take the money so could not ‘accuse’ someone. At no stage did I ask her to accuse someone. I merely asked if she could ask any customer if they had inadvertently picked it up. I explained I could not come to the casino as I would be out of the UK for the next two months. She said there is nothing you can do and that my money was lost.
I have now learned to avoid this casino.

The door staff on this casino are judgemental and completely power crazed. As a couple in our 50s who had been out for a meal to celebrate our sons graduation we were refused entry on the basis that we were ‘drunk’. How bizarre!! Just a doorman trying to be empowered, as we had only had a beer with dinner and we’re not at all drunk, just wanted to have a drink and a flutter before bed while the kids partied. No problems at Grosvenor which is 5 minutes away. Please don’t bother with this shambles

Started to use this casino a few years ago, nice relaxing atmosphere and not as busy as the other casinos in the local area.
Great selection of drinks, SKY sports available and lots of tables offering all the usual casino games.

Went into Genting late on a Sunday night as we fancied Chinese Food the night before a business meeting. This place serves a full menu until 2am and the service is excellent. It took us a while to get our bill but that was the only grumble. We even stayed for some drinks after and had a little go on the tables but the food was very very good for the price. Really recommend the set menu!

We’ve been to a few quite ropey casinos and luckily this isn’t one of them. We were in town for a couple of nights and decided to seek out a roulette table. This Genting has nice decor, is clean and well presented and has really nice staff. The bar staff and croupiers were all really helpful and friendly. It was busy on a Tuesday night but not so full as to be uncomfortable. The bar area is pleasant and you can watch Sky Sports channels there. We had a fun evening in pleasant surroundings (the food smelled amazing but we had already eaten sadly!).

Don't bother don't bother don't bother there's plenty of better casinos in Birmingham there one 5 minutes walk and the food won't make u sick like this place did

Restaurant:-
OMG on entering the establishment the aromas of freshly cooking food attacked my senses, instantly making my mouth water. Looking at other people’s orders as the waiters tended to the tables I couldn’t wait to taste this sensory overload.
Not being able to decide from the menu the waiter helps by bringing an amazing selection of taste bud exploding goodies. 😈 my eyes are definitely bigger than my belly.
Casino:-
not a massive place but well laid out, clean tidy and the staff are friendly and smart.
Can’t wait to go back

Terrible restaurant. I’m a vegetarian, and asked for plain white rice as there was nothing on the menu without meat. I was told that they were unable to cook me plain white rice - the rice had to be cooked with meat. Either they are serving pre-cooked food heated up in the microwave, or the kitchen staff is so incredibly lazy that they can’t be bothered to steam up some plain rice. Either way, a brutal restaurant and not one that anybody should be eating at. Disappointing to know that a place whose whole purpose is to siphon money from people won’t even attempt to serve basic food items in their overpriced restaurant. Disgusting.

Having been in this casino a couple of times before we visited just to pass the time.
This casino has had a facelift since my last visit.
Restaurant was busy and so were some of the tables.
Disappointed that when we requested a table that we were informed no staff so unable to facilitate but totally understandable.
Even more disappointed though when we ordered a drink from the bar we were informed there was no ice, and the lady who served us did not know how to make the drink we ordered.
We then went to sit down and asked another valet if they had any ice and he was more than accommodating.
Service needs to improve.

Fun night out in this small casino in Birmingham's China Town. Played a bit of roulette then had dinner in their Chinese Restaurant. Absolutely fantastic food. Hot fresh and huge portions. Best sweet and sour chicken and egg fried rice ever. The 3 course meal deal is delicious and left us totally stuffed. Will be back again soon.
