Myself and my family went here on our Christmas night out and what a great decision it turned out to be.
Unreal experience from the moment we stepped into the venue to the minute we left. The front of house was welcoming as were the bar staff too.
The staff were able to get us into a booth smoothly and explained how they operate and then left us to it , after giving us a demonstration with her own version of Adele - Set Fire to the Rain.
Will definitely be returning in the future, the sooner the better.

Only travelled to this place on the basis the website said they offer Arabic music. I can confirm, there was no Arabic songs! When approached staff, staff said it’s on there to attract customers!

I have been going to karaoke box for years however I’ve really noticed it starting to go downhill lately. The last two times I’ve been the rooms have had broken equipment, poor lighting and awful sound.
Booked online a few times and there is always confusion at the front desk on arrival saying the booking can’t be found so need to wait for people to leave.
This place needs some investment to make the rooms feel like they are worth the money being paid to use them again.

We came here for a friends birthday. It was a good night and would definitely return, however the drinks are very expensive

A few friends and I booked a karaoke room and we had such a brilliant time!
While the variety of songs and drinks and private booth made for a fantastic night, it really was the service that made the evening so special. Ashley was so attentive, chatty and accommodating - it truly makes such a difference to an experience. The group of us met on our year abroad and it was the first time we had all seen each other in over 18 months, and so we are so grateful to Karaoke Box (and particularly the incredible server!) for making the night so memorable. We will definitely be returning soon and will be recommending it to all of our friends!

Been twice, once was my hen do. It might seem pricey, but just do it. We had such a laugh. I think the people you are with will make or break it. But for me, it was a very amusing 90 minutes.

If I could rate it less that one circle I would!!! Booked from 6:30-8 and the staff moved the booking to 6 and sent their bouncer in to kick us to earn us we had 2 songs left at around 7:15! Clearly you can get more than 2 songs in in that time! We still had 3 minutes left and the bouncer came in and turned our machine off! Absolutely disgusting behaviour!!! The bouncer was an absolute wet lettuce who took no responsibility for any of it.
When I raised the fact that we were booked in from 6:30 which we arrive on time for, that wannabe Shaggy from Scooby doo straight away said “I didn’t move your time slot”. That had guilt written all over it!
We were treated like absolute rubbish in there and the drinks were well over priced! £4 for a shot of apple sours! Take your hip flask guys!
We would not recommend this place to anyone. They didn’t even have all the songs that you want and the room service is out of order!

Kareoke box made my friends birthday night out absolutely brilliant. Recommend booking a room out even for an hour (£25 for an hour room hire) plus buying drinks is very reasonable for the entertainment value.
We booked a room only half an hour from turning up & had the best time with a huge range of songs. Will definitely be going back!

Kareoke is becoming a bit of a birthday tradition. It's the second time I've visited Kareoke Box Broad Street, and I'll recommend it to any of my friends visiting Brum. Really friendly and accommodating staff, and a much wider selection of songs than other places I've visited. We sang ourselves hoarse into the early morning, fantastic night!
