I spent about an hour and half visiting the shop and spending most of that time with the shop keeper Russ, as he showed me around. Great many genres to choose from, several from 16th century to modern times. Prices were fair.

Beware those who go into this amazing old-style bookshop. You may never want to leave! Like all good traditional booksellers, the more you look, the more fascinating things you find. And of course you can get all the advice and knowledge you could ever want if you ask for help. It’s predominantly old, second hand books, though there are some new titles. A wonderful experience, but you must allow yourself enough time to enjoy visiting it.

We came across this antique bookshop on a rainy Sunday afternoon and I’m very glad we did. A real treasure trove of books and very good service too

After spending the day in Windsor and Eton and having parked the car in Meadow Lane car park it was a case for meandering through the streets of Eton and exploring some of the interesting shops.
Fine antique books mixed with odd and interesting objects, I guess some items were open for negotiation but otherwise a great place to browse.

I enjoyed every moment when I went into this lovely, 'original' bookshop. I didn't buy anything but it was so nice to browse and I will go back again one day.

Very very knowledgeable chap, charming , explained origin
Of my book and value of it , even showing us his glasses guide . Could spend hours and hours trawling through his bookshop
Packed from floor to rafters , old maps as well. Worth an hour or so if anybodies time

Located on the high street in Eton is this nice friendly bookshop selling many old and secondhand books. They do sell some new titles but mostly old books.
