Fantastic team building activity

We took a group of ten workmates for a two hour morning tour and it was brilliant. The canoes are very stable and excellent instruction was given; we were taken down little tributaries that we didn't know were there, despite being local to the area. Lots of overhanging trees made it tricky to navigate and entertaining when an epic steering fail shoved people into the trees.
Everyone enjoyed going through the lock and our guide was just the right level of friendly and informative whilst leaving us to chat. At £50 each, 100% recommended.

Brilliant canoe experience

Really enjoyed our canoe experience in Windsor, easy to book and reserve online with all the relevant information. Location is easy to find in Windsor.
Staff were friendly and informative - I think the pricing is really good for our 2 hour duration, we had a great time and is something I would look to do again. 10/10!

Fun summer evening

Great 1.5 hr trip up and down the Thames. Our instructor Andy was really helpful and a fun guide. There were three of us and nothing too arduous for my 67 year old self. Looking to book now for my old colleagues day outing, 8 of us to the pub upriver and then float back down!

Excellent tuition for BC Start Award - great boats and great people

If you are keen to try out kayaking then please get in touch with these guys. Things like this are best learnt properly / safely but I wasn't sure where/how. Also I don't like the big open canoes and just wanted a quiet activity on the water I could do alone so after some research and emails went with these guys who operate from one of the arches along the river just by Windsor Leisure Centre. Derek Wheeler is an excellent kayaking tutor and with 20 years scoutmaster experience really knows how to teach! My niece and I got our paddle start award yesterday and have learnt so much and gained confidence to carry on and try paddling alone. C&KA offer the British Canoe Start Award course and provide a day of instruction, the kayak, paddles, buoyancy aids, tea/coffee and lots of good humour - all under £100. Highly recommended. I believe they teach beginners all paddling activities (canoes, kayaks, stand up boards) and hire out boats and kit by the hour but this course was beyond what we had hoped and was very comprehensive. Well worth looking into if you are looking to enjoy the waterways or book a river tour because this quiet stretch of the Thames at Windsor is beautiful and the view of the castle from the water was simply breath-taking.

Such a fantastic experience, it was great fun and I would definitely recommend it to people of all ages. Andy looked after us well throughout the tour and was a true professional. We thoroughly enjoyed it

What a great thing to do. Service was excellent. made us feel comfortable and confident. lovely rout planned for our 2 hour trip. only took us 1 1/2 hour. enough time for us to get back and enjoy our picnic. Thank you guys (and Albert the dog) for making the day relaxed.

A lovely morning adventure

I took my 7 year old son for a mini adventure and we had a wonderful time. We felt safe and in good hands on the tour - which I recommend more than just hiring a canoe if you have a little one and are new to paddling. Neither of us had paddled before but we really enjoyed ourselves, the views were lovely, it was good exercise and nice to be out in nature. The tour guide was friendly and encouraging and we will definitely return. Many thanks for a lovely mornings adventure! 😊

Super fun afternoon on the water

We rented a canoe and a kayak for an afternoon on the water and ha sauce a fun time. Staff were really friendly and informative and it was also so reasonably priced! Would definitely go it again next time we’re in Windsor!
