We were so pleased that we booked the Surbiton shuttle service to take us from Hampton Court to Windsor Castle. It was easy to book on line, with clear directions as to where to meet the bus. We were delighted when the bus arrived at the designated time. The bus driver was very friendly and welcomed us as if he had know us for years and what's more, he gave us a running commentary, pointing out places of interest along the way. The shuttle service is truly the best option for getting between Hampton Court and Windsor castle if you want to see both places in the one day.

Very convenient way to travel. Comfortable and clean coach, nice driver excellent value. Easy to find the shuttle stop from Hampton and arrived in Windsor in about 30 minutes.

After reading all the information about Windsor (don't go in the morning, it will take most of the day, etc.) I was skeptical that our plan would work. With this great shuttle is was not only doable - it would be my recommended way to see both in one day. We had plenty of time in Windsor - and was met by the bus on time and at a very convenient place. The driver gave us information on the way and delivered us to Hampton Court with more than enough time to tour the entire palace. I would highly recommend this service.

Many thanks for submitting your review of your recent Shuttle ride from Windsor Castle to Hampton Court Palace. As you rightly say, both sights are doable on the same day, but I do recommend purchasing your Windsor Castle tickets in advance to avoid the long queues (lines).

Very convenient service in case if you have tight schedule and want to see more in one day. Very friendly driver and comfort vehicle, also this short break gives a possibility to rest and have a light snack during the transit and be ready to explore the next destination. Just book in advance if you want a specific time slot or travel in a group, less popular times for a couple or single traveler might be available even in a last moment depends on season.

While in London we did a very enjoyable round trip from Tower Hill Underground to Paddington , Windsor Castle, Hampton Court, Turks boat to Richmond on Thames then District line back to Tower Hill. This would not have been possible without Surbiton Coaches thank you very much Richard.
PS. Richard was very friendly and informative and we preferred HC to WC. Turks was a great journey as well.

Hampton Court and Windsor Castle are not easily doable by public transport. This shuttle is convenient and well worth the money. It could save about an hour. This makes the two locations doable in a day. Our driver was friendly and knowledgeable and a very good driver. He told us about places we passed. I highly recommend this service!

No complaints at all. We ran into some traffic on our trip, but that's out of their hands. I would highly recommend this transport option between the two palaces.

Clearly the way to do both attractions in one single day, which saves you time on your other days to visit mopre stuff. Very easy to find the stops.

This is the only service available to help you connect between the 2 castles. It was efficient, convenient and reasonably priced. This is a small business and it was cool to be driven around by the owner! We had to change our reservation time last minute and he was flexible enough and also responded promptly with our request. Would recommend it to everyone who is short on time and would like to see both castles in 1 day.

Hello, I will be in London in May for few days and plan a one day trip to Windsor Castle and Hamptoun Palace. I want to take the shuttle but with the 1pm departaure from Windsor I wonder if I have enough time to visit everything there. I would've prefer more like a 2pm departure. Anyone that used the shuttle in the past I would appreciate giving me more info and if you think leaving Windsor at 1pm wasn't too early. Thank you :)

Hi. Thanks for your question. I recommend that you take the 1.00pm Shuttle from Windsor Castle to Hampton Court Palace. This will provide plenty of time to visit both sights. You should plan to arrive at Windsor Castle before the doors open and recommend purchasing your tickets in advance to avoid long lines. Please the Windsor Castle website for tickets and more information. Windsor Castle will be closed to the public on 17 & 18 May for the Royal Wedding.
