Das Städtchen Broadway hat zwar "nur" ca. 2.000 Einwohner, besticht jedoch durch seine grosszügige Bebauung mit honigjarbigen, sauberen, schönen, gepflegten Häusern entlang der breiten High Street.
Viel grün durch grosse Bäume, teilweise flankiert mit Sitzgelegenheiten
und schönen Geschäften, gewähren einen absolut städtischen Flair.
Hervorragende Hotellerie und schöne Gasthäuser runden die Attrakti-
vität des Cotswoldstädtchen ab.

Broadway is a beautiful village, just spare yourself sometime to wander round and take in an unspoilt area of the Cotswolds. Other Villages around aren’t a patch on this place. Plenty of shops to visit, pubs, restaurants, tea rooms, Plenty of space and not stupidly overcrowded like Bourton or a massive car park like Stow.

Amazing Village in the Cotswolds. Been coming here for years when nearby. There is something for everyone and a very dog friendly place. Lovely food places and never struggled with parking. Best enjoyed on a sunny day.

We wanted a day out to look around some shops and scenery, we were told about Broadway and the high street with a selection of shops,
We parked up in a long stay car park which was £4 for 10 hours o think it was, this was a 5-10 min walk to the high street depending on speed, there were public toilets in the car park that are obviously looked after and cleaned regularly.
The high street is great to look at, the front of the buildings look lovely with open space around the front of some, there is a green at the bottom of the high street and plenty of benches up and down to sit if needed.
After you have looked around, had something to eat there are some walks to do, we chose one that went to a church passed the play area, this was quiet and peaceful with the fields around us.
Will have to visit again and do another walk to the tower that is nearby

A lively high street with lots of shops, restaurants and cafes. Gets busy during the weekends but a good place to visit early in the day or during the week.

Stop in Broadway on your tour through the Cotswolds.
Broadway is a quaint little place, jam-packed with restaurants, coffee shops, stores, artesian crafts, and souvenir shops.
You can conveniently park at the edge of town.

What a pleasent walk in to the High Street Broadway. This is a very smart looking town. Everyone was so well dressed. We looked around all the shops, had some food and also a local pint.

We spent all day here browsing and shopping - such interesting shops - good variety, lots of good shopping was had and we enjoyed the atmosphere, the buzz and the ease of getting around. Many shops look small on the outside but go back a long way and are very comprehensive.

We have visited here several times. The town is not particular big, so don't expects lots and lots of shops to walk around and browse in. There is a good select there still, but it's a nice little relaxing place to visit which is very picturesque.

Are taxis readily available in Broadway in June for trips to other villages? And if so do they charge by the trip or by a meter?
