3 staff on all kids, queues at snack bar because no staff at ticket reception desk-all ticket machines out of order-pick and mix extortionate prices, carton weighs 25g before you start filling it. Bags of sweets£1.50 most stores but £3.99 here…why?????
Sat in cinema full at the back with youngsters aged between 10yrs and 14yrs who laughed, shouted and generally acted the mick all through the film, but no staff on hand to do anything about it. Tickets no longer sold by person ie child, adult, senior now sold by seat type. Complete rip off and totally unenjoyable experience.

The reception area is horrendous, looks 3rd world. It needs some comfortable new sofas and chairs, soft led lights to brighten it.
There is nothing to sit on.
There is furniture and rubbish piled up behind glass doors, looks awful.
The guy checking our tickets gave us a covid lecture.
We will not return.
Management need to go in and organise a makeover.

New Bond movie, screen 6, front row seats. Had to leave before film started as way too close to screen, which made members of our party feel unwell.
Other family in front row upped & left too, for the same reason.
Hassle free swap of tickets for later showing on screen 3, a much larger & way more suitable venue for a blockbuster film.
Clean, comfy seats, extortionate food & drink prices, with slow service.

Came here about a week ago to watch a film.
Very comfy seats, great view of the screen. Staff very helpful and a much better cinema than Odeon. Will be sticking with Vue.

Went to watch ‘Those who wish me dead’ just after reopening this week. Cinema was clean and friendly staff, however very slow service at food counter, so much we missed beginning of film. Took us about 20 mins to be served, (and slightly overpriced snacks)
Due to this, we didn’t really understand the film as we missed the beginning!
Not many people however so felt safe from COVID , miss when it used to be full though.
Will of course be returning but would be great if Vue got their act together a little more

Booked for us to see the new Wonder Woman film- screen virtually empty- about 10 people- however- no seats were taped off- and we Had two immediately behind with no masks, and there were 3&2 across the way not together but certainly not 2m apart! Vue have not grasped the need to take charge of managing their screens to make certain people are kept apart! I won’t be visiting again until Covid has gone.

We booked online, which was simple enough, you still then have to que. I forgot about the half hour of trailers we were going to be inflicted with. Food and drink is pretty overpriced, but hey they sell beer. The staff were friendly and nice despite covid and I thank them for making us welcome. A good night out :)

The cinema itself is clean, follows social distancing with staff enforcing this and definitely feels covid-19 secure. No complaints there - pop and a drink can be quite pricey buying from here so maybe worth grabbing something from the town before going in. The seating was comfortable, once the trailers came on the sound for these was good however as soon as the movie came on this was extremely loud! So loud we decided to leave after ten minutes of the movie starting as it was unbearable - unfortunately I was unable to find a member of staff to speak too and had to leave very disappointed in after spending money on a film we couldn’t watch.

I took my wife to the Vue cinema in Worecester to see "Emma" as a Valentine treat. Arrived 25 minutes before the show time, went to the ticket booth but this was not staffed. Asked where we could buy tickets and was told there was a machine or we could join the 40 plus people in the food queue. This being the digital era we tried the machine, the only one that allowed buy on day, spent the next 20 minutes trying to make it work, no luck except if I wanted 3 childrens tickets for thr wrong film. Ask for the manger, eventually got the Team Leader who had less luck than we did. Asked why the ticket booth wasn't open, oh its only open when it is busy, he helpfully suggesting we join the now 50 plus people in the food queue, as we were 10 minute past show time we gave up. My wife tried the "customer service" line only to be advised by an deeply concerned automated voice that the current wait for an advisor was 55 minutes, shorter wait than in the cinema I suppose. Funnily enough she didn't bother but I guess that was the intention. Off to the Odeon tomorrow.

Went to see 1917 with the hubby, staff were very friendly and helpful cinema was clean the food we got was good and thought it was good vaule for money.
