Me and wife called in early on a Friday morning because I needed the loo. Half a dozen customers were already in and it was honestly like walking into the slaughtered Lamb. If music had been playing that would also have stopped. They all turned and stared at us like we had landed from another planet. Not exactly a welcome in the hillside we would have liked.

Quite staggeringly awful bog of a place “managed” by an utterly vile foul mouthed harpy (named Tracey) who truly believes that by shouting and swearing when another customer said his beer was off is the way to deal with such a situation. Please please avoid

all I can say about this place is stay clear customer service is disgusting to be honest I don't think the land lady likes paying customers I think she is called Tracey, what I saw last night was a disrespect of customers especially the way she spoke to a young lady it was awful the poor girl was asking for some drinks but turned away to ask one of her friends what they wanted to drink and this woman just started having a go . So unless you want to be shouted at leave we'll alone .

The worst pub i have ever been to the landlord tracy behind the bar was soo rude and nasty and horrible she had a massive go at my friend for no reason and upset her and ruined her night never visiting the pub again and would advise others the same one good thing was the other staff were lovely but still ruined our night and the place is not recommended for conwy at all stay away theres plenty of other lovely places to go in conwy

How the heck does this “pub” get away with it ? As if the beer isnt bad enough the COMPLETE lack of promoting a “COVID friendly” environment took the breath away. Surely to God local licensing has to be alerted……now that’s an idea ! Stay well clear. Judging from previous reviews I’m not alone in suggesting this

Went for an afternoon drink with friends. Pub was fine apart from the girl that served us, when was totally devoid of manners and personality. Definitely not an asset to the place

we went on a wet midweek morning and immediately liked the place. the staff were friendly and it was cosy. we went back later in the day and would visit anytime we are in Conway. A snob free zone!

The service in here is shocking! The lady who worked at the bar was far more interested getting drunk herself than serving her customers! Waited 10 minutes for a drink. I don't expect 5 star customer service at a local pub however at least a satisfactory visit would've been appreciated.

This is one of mine and my friends local pubs in conwg so we decided ro go there on the night of my friends 18th birthday so I came here with quite a lot of my friends, we are all quite young but old enough to be drinking and the way te barstaff and owner spoke to us was disgusting, a bar is supposed to be a place where you can go to have a drink and have fun not be looked down on by the staff and threatened to be thrown out because we are talking too loud. The bar staff were very rude and disrespectful to us just because we were younger and was charging us all different amounts for the same drink, I would not recommend for anyone to go here to drink, there is lots of other pubs in Conwy that are much nicer.
