I found this a great little walk/hike. There is some stunning views, the waterfalls were beautiful. I spent around 3 and a half hours here and throughly enjoyed it.
It definitely wouldn’t be work coming any great distance as it only takes a few hour to walk round but if you’re a local or passing by then definitely go check it out. The car park is only a £1 for all day parking and while you can pay cash or via an app cash might be best as the phone signal is non existent.

A lovely part of the world. The walk through the woods by Plas power waterfall is beautiful. The waterfall was stunning. People were swimming in the deeper waters and younger children were paddling. It Wass clear water but very cold. A 20 minute walk from the road/ Bridge.

Beautiful place with stunning scenery and carvings made out of wood of chairs and info boards and little gardens - not to mention the birdsong and the trickle of the stream. Picnic tables available though sadly no toilets or shops there and at one time you were able to go into the actual old mill - but that has now ceased - what a shame. Such a peaceful haven

Family took us for a walk at Nant Mill between Christmas and New Year. There is a car park and well marked paths. The were lovely views. Lots of people walking dogs.

If you like nature and dogs this is the place to go. Beautiful views, a fantastic long walk or short which ever takes your fancy. Two breath taking waterfalls. Easy to find and park, take a picnic with you as there is plenty of seating for the whole family. If you have children this is the place to go to get the imagination going.

Beautiful place! Lived in Wrexham all my life and had never been, car park at entrance that costs £1 a day with a few picnic benches. A few different trails and lots to see, and a beautiful little waterfall. Defiantly be making regular trips with my family especially in the warmer months but 100% reccomend going in the autumn.

We visited whilst on holiday in the area with our two dogs, both humans and dogs had a lovely wander through the woods no idea which trail we followed but we followed the stream for a while it had some quite steep paths and in places was very muddy and slippery due to recent rainfall but this is to be expected when in woodland so wasn’t a problem, toilets were closed which was a pain after being in woods for a few hours would have been nice to be able to use them before getting back into car had a lovely picnic area which we decided we couldn’t use simply because everyone needed a wee so had to cut our visit short which was a shame but all in all a nice place to visit

Nice circular walk, some but suitable for all ages. The highlight is the picturesque waterfall. Pay machine in the car park was broken and visitors centre is closed in winter, however I didn’t feel we missed anything as a result. Worth 1-2 hours of your time.

we parked at the visitor centre( note this and the toilets are only open at weekends) parking was only £1.Whilst there are many walks The one I did was walking past the visitor centre on the left then go up an ascent, at the road junction turn right. descend a bit and look for a kissing gate on the left see photo. go though this and then follow the river to a waterfall,then a little later a weir This is the fastest point then retrace you steps back to car 0ark-this is 2.8miles and takes approx. 1hour. you start above the river but do descend along river when dogs can have a drink and paddle. Highly recommend especially on hot days when the shade from the trees and the water will be welcomed by your dogs

Arrived at nant mill hoping for an equivalent experience to Minera Lead Mines, we were sadly disappointed. Pretty but the car park charge isnt worth it. Sadly the mill is Closed.
