This was my first time at an escape room and I absolutely loved it! My husband and I went as an anniversary date and it was one of my favourite days. We unfortunately didn't escape in time but we'll be back to try again!

This was our first time doing this and what an experience! We took our 16 year old daughter for her birthday.The booking process online is very simple and easy to use giving you a variety of different types of rooms to choose from, being a complete novice it was nice to see that every room had a brief description and level of difficulty to choose from which helped me to choose a room. On arrival we were greeted by the friendly and helpful staff whom answered all our questions and explained how the event works. I don't want to give away to much information because I don't want to ruin the surprise for you, but if you are ever stuck, like we were help was always available to you by the friendly staff , a very enjoyable experience we are already planning another visit, and for your information we didn't get out 🫣

Staff were funny and friendly. Helpful with changes to our booking prior to our arrival.

This was the fourth time i’ve been to Escape Reality and yet again, had the best experience!! Chris and Ria never fail to make us laugh or scare us by barging into the room when we least expect… will definitely be going back to complete the last two rooms!!

Hello Mary,
The puzzles in Enigmista are more towards the linear side of things and would really recommend for a group of 2 - 4 players if you are experienced in Escape Rooms or don't prefer a linear room.

I was planning to do both Alcatraz and Heist for my birthday, but it looks like I'll only have time for one. Which would everyone recommend? I am an experience Room Escaper (in double figures), so am not too worried about the difficulty level.
