What a brilliant way to spend a day. Kenny is super knowledgeable, professional and has excellent chat. We are both fairly novice paddlers and we felt really safe and looked after and his equipment and instruction were spot on. The isle of Seil is a stunningly beautiful area to explore from the water and there is much wildlife to spot! Kenny was also super helpful over email when organising the booking and answering all my questions! Wish I could give a 10/10 review!

I booked a 2-day expedition with Kenny in February to improve my skills and experience a bit of the west coast. Kenny was extremely knowledgeable and imparted just the right amount of theory and practical knowledge for my level of kayaking. Although a blustery couple of days, I felt very safe with Kenny. He took the time to film me practising the manoeuvres so that I could study them afterwards. All in all, I had a great experience and I'm looking forward to my next coaching sessions with Kenny.

This was a great day improving my rolling technique. I also gained an action plan to continually work on. Kenny is a superb tutor with a wealth of knowledge and experience.

4 of us had an amazing couple of days exploring the coast of Seil with Kenny - an absolute fountain of knowledge on all things sea kayaking. We felt completely safe and well looked after the whole time, and all managed to improve our skills.

Kenny was very detailed in his pre chat about what we could do for the day and my boys immediately felt at ease. We went out shortly after and got a spot of training before heading further out and seeing a bit of local wildlife. We're so glad we went with Kenny and was the favourite part of our trip, couldn't recommend more!!

I spent four very enjoyable days on the water both learning to control the Kayak and enjoying nature. Kenny is not only a great coach, but also a pleasant and generous person to be around. Easy five stars.

My teenage boys and I had a great day out with Kenny in fairly blustery weather. His care and attention in explaining everything was faultless. A great experience, we'll come back again.

We have been going to Kenny's for 7 years, sometimes with groups (usually from our rowing club) and sometimes just my wife and I. Having been with groups a fair bit, on this occasion we went by ourselves and asked Kenny to challenge us a bit. He judged it just perfectly and we enjoyed a brilliant three days. He got us playing in the whirlpools in Cuan Sound, practising traveling in "safe" formation, communicating by sight, doing self rescues and assisted rescues as well as developing our paddling techniques - use of skegs versus edging etc. Our confidence (and I think our skills) grew enormously and sadly our time in this beautiful part of the world passed far too quickly.
I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Kenny to anyone whether complete beginners or those with far greater skills than us! There are now a number of our rowing club colleagues who are as addicted as us and who are coming back at least ever year .

A great coach on the water - gave me just enough to think about and concentrate on without over-complicating. Equipment, attention to safety and preparation are all very impressive and reassuring. Spending a day in a kayak on the west coast of Scotland - life doesn't get much better! Would highly recommend.
