Discovered this service as a result of watching a youtube blogger giving it a great review. Having travelled international with luggage for a long trip we decided the hassle of regional airlines was not going to be a choice worth enduring. We prebooked direct online and the trip could not have been sweeter. Friendly driver at Buchanan, bonus tour to Scotlands West Coast, drive onto the awesome Stena Ferry for a wonderful trip and then driven into the heart of Belfast early evening for a very short stroll to the hotel. Met some of the nicest regular travellers on the coach who confirmed this Hannon service is truly the best. Comfortable, stress free and seemed excellent value. Hannons travel in either direction I believe. I cannot commend this service more highly.

So this is my return journey booked through busbud for Hannon coaches due to depart today at 1230. Coach was a no show due to a delay this morning with the outbound ferry from belfast.
Company failed to inform awaiting passengers of the delay. It was 30plus minutes after scheduled departure time when I recieved the email with details about the delay.
They knew about the delay this morning with the ferry but failed to inform passengers until they where contacted about the coach not being there by concerned customers. This has left awaiting passengers to wait several hours in the cold for the next departure expected to be 1600.
Again poor communication and dissemination of information to passengers!

Great Service. Gerard the bus driver is very friendly and got me back to Glasgow the last couple of times I have used the bus. Buses are clean and modern. Easier then Ulsterbus, as you stay on the bus getting on and off the ferry. Will be using again next weekend.

Trip went smoothly both ways, everything ran to time. Driver very helpful and friendly .Bus not full so no worries about social distancing

Luxurious coach with a driver who kept us informed of any information we needed to know. No getting off the coach to board the ship which is a bonus.Will definitely use Hannon again as the price is very reasonable.

There is no requirement to show identification when travelling UK - UK on our Express Coach Service. However, the ferry operator does advise to bring photographic ID.
