1 Female bar staff extremely rude over a trivial matter of one extra lunch being ordered. This rude individual was infact the acting manager !!! I paid for what I ordered and left , certainly will not be back , don't get this attitude in the street never mind the pleasure of paying for it! It's a pity one bad apple , as the staff have always been kind and friendly . Always felt it was a good place to go my own . Will never be back !!

4 of us went in for a couple of drinks and food before going to see show. Lynn aka Felicia was our waitress, she was very friendly and attentive. Great atmosphere and Food was good. Bill was very reasonable. We will be back. Thanks Lynn we were the oldies asking for Angela.

It can be improved by the staff. When ordering something off the menu but doesn't come with what the menu tells you. Then I said excuse me to the waitress and obviously she didn't like that and made a face when I only wanted no know why there wasn't any slaw with my meal which she should have told me upfront. Well the look if disgust was obvious she needs to keep that face when she is in the kitchen or not be a waitress.

The service was exceptional & the staff were so friendly and informative and made us feel very welcome. We were lucky enough to catch the live music by James on Friday who was brilliant!

Great wee pub, busy both nights we were in and stayed for lovely food on our 2nd night. Staff really friendly, good atmosphere with the football being on.

Mixers are HEAVILY diluted. 95% water to 5% coke if your lucky.
Place is genuinely nicely done but drinks are heavily diluted, wouldn’t be surprised if spirits are also diluted to increase income.

Nice place, shame about the food!, and the lack of customer service. Lauders Bar seem to think the food in the picture is acceptable and edible, it was served to my 11 year old son, needless to say, he never touched it. I have messaged Lauders Bar several times to discuss this but it seems they have all lost the power of speech. They have been online and seen my messages, but they haven’t answered as yet. Myself and my family won’t be going back, and neither will my friends. Feel free to comment. I won’t be holding my breath waiting for Lauders bar to reply!.

There must be 2 Lauders in Glasgow going by the reviews on here 🤷♂️Poor service and as far as pubs go , for that’s what it is , it must be the most expensive bar in Glasgow , save you’re well earned cash and go elsewhere, there are a lot better and cheaper options in the City centre , you have been warned 😘

My Mum and I always pay a visit to Lauders whenever we go on our shopping trips to Glasgow from Belfast. The staff are always so warm, welcoming and friendly. They always make conversation and take a real interest in your day. The food is excellent- great quality for money! Service is also very quick. Highly recommend!

lovely pub, I have been going here since my teens ( a long time ago) Still the same great pub and atmosphere , however after the refit looks more modern yet still has its same charm and appearance. Staff are excellent, beer good and the lunch deal ( meal & soft drink for £6 or pint for an extra £1) is the best in Glasgow .My go to place for lunch on a days shopping.
