DO NOT USE THIS PLACE
Purchased a £90 voucher for my dad to enjoy a couples back massage.
Went to try and use voucher and they stated there was a 6 month expiry date however after explaining he was only 1 month over the alleged expiry date (which they don't stipulate when you purchase the voucher ) , I informed them my dad suffering from long covid and had been in and out if hospital during this time but Thomas the manager WAS NOT INTERESTED in the slightest
HAPPY TO TAKE YOUR MONEY BUT show poor customer service in return
NEVER AGAIN will I be purchasing any vouchers or attending my monthly massage at this place

A man who works here tried to start a fight with my friend because his work van was parked outside the venue. My friend tried to apologise and was leaving anyway but the man continued to harrass him and statt a physical fight. Reading these reciews, clear staff members have an attitude problem.

Hidden in a quiet part of town jasmine thai is always clean with friendly staff and nice calming rooms with soft music and nice aroma. Booking system straight forward. Massage was an hour and felt like a different guy afterwards.

I had a voucher for jasmine thai massage, as I phoned to book an appointment with the voucher code the person on the call was extremely rude and ignorant. I never made my appointment and I will not be attending. There are far more places in Glasgow that would be willing to be kind to there customers.

We had the couples deep tissue massage. The room ambience was nice. The massage therapists were very professional and the massage itself was amazing, the technique was great and the therapist was happy to focus on muscle areas with more tension. It did not feel rushed.
Our muscles felt so relaxed after the massage, and we would definitely recommend Jasmine Thai Massage to anyone who wants to have a truly authentic experience.

I attended for the couple massage honestly was the best massage I have ever had. The girls were friendly and welcoming and I will now not be going anywhere else for a treatment. :)

My girlfriend bought a voucher for me for this place and unfortunately I lost the voucher. She asked for a replacement voucher as it cost her a lot of money and the attitude from the representative was absolutely appalling.
No flexibility whatsoever, rude, blunt and extremely ignorant. I appreciate that it was my fault that I've lost the voucher but I see no reason why it can't be replaced and there is absolutely no reason to be so rude.
I won't use this establishment again and even if I find the voucher lying about the house somewhere, I still won't go anywhere near this place.

Best massage I’ve ever had in my life( and I’ve had a lot didn’t miss a spot and worked extra hard on a knot I had in my shoulder . Even added some tiger balm to help . I’ve never felt better

You need to take most of your clothes off apart from bottoms but you will have a sheet covering you. best to wear loose older clothes as you may be oily afterwards
