This was an amazing hidden gem. It is a must-see when visiting Cork. I had the best gin and tonic of my life, and learned more about the history of the country, its founders and the amazing history of the building. The bar area is very cute and eclectic. The art was amazing. And their environmental work was wonderful to witness. I wish I had also signed dup for a cocktail class. I learned so much from just the tour. I also wish I could order directly from them to the states- the gin was inspired and perfectly balanced.

It was great to have a break from the whisky and beer. We had an excellent tour and the gin was outstanding. Would highly recommend!

Some of the best gin I've had. The Indian spices that are distilled in the gin are fantastic. The tour is completely interactive. You are given a couple different tastings and are walked through every ingredient. This was a perfect stop in Cork for the gin lover! Highly recommend.

Fabulous experience, we had the distillery tour & also tasted the Gin.

We booked the distillery tour and cocktail making for a hen weekend. From start to finish the customer service was excellent and went above and beyond to accommodate our large group (22)
The full team were so friendly and gave us memories that we will keep forever. The distillery talk was really insightful and lovely to hear how the business and brand was built.
We had a G&T on arrival and after the tour did cocktail making which was the best cocktail making I have ever done. The cocktails were designed to show off the amazing gin and we even bought 6 bottles to take home and recreate the cocktails.
I simply can’t recommend this small business enough and it’s a must visit when I’m Cork for couples / small or large groups.
We will most definitely be back ♥️

My partner and I visited Cork for the weekend and we turned up out of the blue at Rebel City. Despite not being open Bhagya was so friendly, welcoming us in to provide us with a tour and history of the distillery and a sample of their very good gin and absinthe. We definitely recommend a visit, especially if you like quality craft spirits.

Popped into the Rebel City Distillery today and really enjoyed the tour around. Lovely to meet Robert and Bhagya and hear the passion and energy they have for their creation, Maharani gin and absinthe! Highly recommend a visit and do try their multi award winning gin, Maharani! Robert & Bhagya, thanks for the tour today!

The Rebel City Distillery at its finest can be described as absolutely outstanding!
In essence its a boutique vanguard! A miniature ideal paving its way into the big bad world of alcohol! Although, being such a unique and valued member of the Gin World its paved its way through may obstacles all the way to where it is now! And lets say it was a tough journey! The whole team should be so ever proud of themselves, placing themselves on the map! Unique, Outstanding, Thriving, Superb and Delectable are some of the many words i can use to describe how truly amazing their products are! In addition! They produce the one and only Irish ABSINTHE. Located in the heart of Cork City!! Working out of a miniature distillery, working day and night to produce what they do best! As well as that they give you a whole tour of what they do best! Describing in extreme detail their works, you can see the second you enter that the whole team loves RCD with a passion! I had such a wonderful pleasure of being one of their guests! Ash was truly amazing at everything! From such a warm welcome, to the shear vast well of knowledge of their products. To say i was stunned and amazed would be a true understatement! Truly amazing! Inspiring! Innovative! And exciting! And to speak of the cocktail masterclass would be a sin not to express how much of an experience it is! Truly AMAZING! For any fanatic of Gin, Absinthe or any mixologist or bar person! The whole organisation is a well of knowledge!!!! Ash has been an absolute pleasure to deal with! Through knowledge, experience and humour, i do not possess words to describe how much of a valued entity she is! I cannot sing their praises high enough! Absolutely recommend this place for everyone and any one!! Its an out of this world experience!!!!

Honestly the best experience ever. We had a blast! Ashling was an amazing host and made us feel so welcome. What Bhagya and Rob have created is amazing and so inspiring and the story behind the gin is wonderful. Also Allie is doing a fantastic job.

Intimate cocktail masterclass & tour around the distillery. Friendly staff who made the experience - she had amazing knowledge ! Really enjoyed the experience and would highly recommend. We can’t wait to drink the gin when we get back home to Wales… Thank you & see you soon !
