Where on the price list does it say a blast dry after having highlights costs £5? I booked in for highlights but was charged an additional £15 , £10 for toner and £5 for a two minute blast of the hairdryer as I didn't have time for a blow dry, on querying this I was told I should have been told about these costs when booking, which I wasn't and the stylist said "It was out of his control". What a rip off, I won't be returning!

Hi, I wanted to write a review but I can't do it on my phone without getting the trip advisor app. I don't have the memory on my phone to do so and my laptop can't connect to the internet. So... Came in to get my hair cut with chantelle on Monday. I'm so happy with the result, she listened to what I wanted and gave me advice with the things I wasn't sure about. It was a nice atmosphere in the salon and I will deffinatly be returning for my next hair cut. Also chantelle makes a good cuppa tea. Thank you. Laura

I don't have a question, I would just like to say i totally agree with the review about being overcharged, this too happened to me on two separate occasions and for that reason I will not return
