Had the most amazing party here and the party host Kelsey was amazing. She understood what the kids wanted. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone

The staff were very welcoming and considerate, in particular a worker called Charlie, who was running the GoKarts. My son is autistic and was extremely nervous about going on the Go Karts, but Charlie really put his mind at ease. Everytime my son would crash Charlie would help him, and never once became frustrated with having to help him. Charlie is a real credit to the staff at Big Sky!

My kids had a lovely time as always. However, today I must really compliment the two young members of staff, Jasmine and Kelsey. They were fantastic with my two kids on the climbing wall, keeping them calm and informed. I believe it was Jasmine's first shift but you wouldn't know it. She was so competent and made my kids confident in climbing up the wall.
Jasmine and Kelsey are a credit to Big Sky. Whatever you are paying them, it is not enough!

Brilliant children's birthday party! Hosted by Jasmin and a colleague who were excellent. Really impressed. Very organised, staff were fab with the children, great facilities for the children to enjoy.

My daughter had her 6th birthday here. The hosts kai and Isobel were amazing and nothing was too much. The kids enjoyed it, we will definitely be back

We went to Big sky last weekend and the last time we went was over 12 years ago!
We couldn't of been any happier with our visit, the children were very happy, food was good, entry was reasonable and the place was clean!
The one thing I was most impressed with is how happy and involved the staff were, Kacey we can't sing your praises high enough. You was so good with our two children and made our little girl feel so good when she kept winning lazer tag! Watching the way staff interact was so nice.
Frankie you was another great part of our day on the go karts and in lazer tag! Big sky manager you are doing a great job!! Keep it up!!
(Neither of those staff members asked for a review either!! I approached the manager for names)

Play facilities itself were great- staff were awful!!! Workers In fancy dress ignoring the kids when they go up to speak to them VERY RUDE!!! Lots of staff doing nothing!

Olivia and Isabel were the best hosts for our daughter’s 5th unicorn themed party! From greeting the guests, to the disco and games, it was the least work I’ve ever had to do for a party and enabled the parents to have a good catch up!
Couldn’t recommend highly enough and super reasonable for the quality of the day, thank you so much!

Booking the tickets and entry to the soft play was easy. Great place to bring the kids to burn off energy!
The best part for me was meeting Kristian who works in the food and drinks section. He is friendly, personable and helped me in picking my hot drink when I couldn't make up my mind. He is exactly the type of person that you need in this environment, big sky you are lucky to have him!! Thank you....
