Thank you for your feedback. We do indeed stock a great deal of information on local events and attractions which I do hope helped you to plan your visit to our city. Since the city opened a designated Transport Hub, it is true that we no longer stock physical bus timetables. This is because there are only a limited number printed and they understandably need to be available at the Hub. We can however provide public transport information as well as print timetables online for a small printing charge. Alternately as you were advised, physical timetables are still available in the Transport Hub which is less than 5 minutes from where we are based. Should you return to the city and require any information on public transport or any further assistance, please don’t hesitate to pop in and a member of the team will be very happy to assist you.

We have indeed relocated however we are only around a 4 minute walk from our previous premises and the Museum of Gloucester is a completely accessible building. I am also sure you will be pleased to hear that there was no loss of jobs at all as a result of our move. We still have the same helpful, friendly staff who have assisted you before. We do apologise for any confusion regarding the address, due to a technical error with our account it has taken a few weeks to be able to update this on here however it has been changed across all of our official websites. We have indeed moved to the Museum of Gloucester where we will be more than happy to help both residents and visitors to the city alike. This still in a great city centre location, only around 350 meters from our previous premises which works out at a 4 minute walk. We still offer all of the same services so please feel free to give us a visit and we will be happy to assist you.
