We were supposed to have booked exclusive hire for a group of 28 students. When we got there, they were mixed in with some small crying children. They were around 7 years old, and were put in (5 of them) with 28 very tall teenagers and they were terrified. Then our group of students were split and sent in with adult strangers. Our game was delayed. Our students were offered golf which they had little interest in, and just hung around for 2 hours. The students were so looking forward to this trip - and it was expensive for them with coach hire too. They all left disappointed.
On top of all this, our group only got 1 game instead of 2. Although they did suggest we stay for another couple of hours to play again. No chance. Awful day.

Took 3 kids (8, 10, 12) for a day out. The venue was tidy, the staff super helpful, and the games were really good fun. The food and drink was efficient- they let us order food for the break between laser quest games. The kids had an absolutely brilliant time. A very easy day to book and then manage Thanks team.

My son had a birthday party there today , we are really suprised with everythink. It is the best place for birthday party that we ever have. big shout out for the staff , they are doing amazing job , very friendly , polite and smiling all the time. Really appreciat it .Our party host were amazing .Higly recommended ❤

Absolutely fantastic came to lazer quest with my son who is autistic he started to have a meltdown the chap working was amazing with him turned on all the lights and turned the music off for him I can not rate this enough it's been a long time I have been anywhere that has been so understanding Alan you were brilliant thankyou!

Escapes Room.
From booking to entering the escape room was smooth.
We were met by Blythe who explained brilliantly what to expect.
We had a fab time and we're told about the return deal which a overly young girl at the desk helped me with.
Great place, great friendly staff. Great day

We had my son's 8th birthday party here at the weekend and I would highly recommend. We did three games of laserquest followed by the party food. The staff were all really friendly & accommodating of any request we had, which made it an easy & pleasant experience! The food & drinks were good & plentiful. The soft play was useful for my youngest child to go in while the older ones were in their laserquest games. The children all had a wonderful time. Thank you!

Come here as 6 adults, booked in and had the whole arena to ourselves. Doesn't last long but long enough for 6 adults. Great fun and well organised

We attended yesterday for my sons 8th birthday party, which was nothing short of excellent! The food, staff, safety measures, everything was really well done. Absolute value for money. Even with current Covid restrictions that are still lingering, the staff managed and executed the whole thing perfectly and the kids had nothing but a fantastic time. Can’t recommend it enough! 💗👍🏻
