Staff were amazing, drinks were flowing and the atmosphere was great. Felt comfortable and relaxed here and the drinks were delicious!

I booked the Vault for my 30th party and invited around 40 people, which was the ideal amount. Rhiane and the team are fantastic; nothing was too much trouble and they were really on top of everything on the day, which put me at ease. The drinks were fantastic and I was able to provide my own nibbles and cakes. Highly recommended and would definitely book another event here. Thank you.

We were celebrating two big birthdays, the birthday girls were welcomed with a shot. We were well looked after. Cocktails were reasonable and very good. Would recommend

A girlie trip for two to the Vault. We had an amazing time the cocktails were fantastic.
We sat at the bar and had the best service especially from the lovely bar maid (sorry we didnt get your name)

Love this place. This is the 4th time we have been, and it has become our go-to in Swindon.
Friendly, well presented staff (who even remember us), and amazing drinks. It's hard to get an 'Old Fashioned' made this well. And thr ladies loved the Daquiri's.
Will be back soon.

The Vault is a great venue, we were greeted warmly by friendly staff. Great cocktails from and extensive menu. We also had complimentary popcorn. Very nice.

Wouldn’t return, don’t recommend.
Myself and 5 others attended the vault back in February we have been twice previously when they first opened and loved it, atmosphere and cocktails where actually really nice and used to be something to talk about and would have previously recommend this place.
All of us were very disappointed, the venue specify on all there social media 2-4 £10 on cocktails during a certain time but what they don’t specify is there is only around 8 to choose from of there menu and they are the most basic cocktails that have nearly all of the same alcohol structure, the variation is so poor. As someone who isn’t a fan of drinking fruit juice with alcohol I’d have hoped in this would be at least one milk based cocktail on this list, but there wasn’t. Not even a basic classic cocktails like an espresso, White Russian or porn star martini is on the offer.
So we gave it ago for the first 2 drinks they basically tasted the same and were just acidic fruit juice, meaning we was going to end up ordering a normal £10+ cocktail regardless because they were not nice at all, I expect drinks like that on a 2-4-1 at the ‘ ridge’ or ‘slug and lettuce’ not at The Vault.
It honestly was such a let down, maybe specify (selected) drinks that are on the 2-4 £10 so people don’t waste their time and feel obliged to spend money on buying better drinks outside of the deal. Which is what we had to end up doing, to get a nicer tasting cocktail.
So, next step I chose to give my feedback to the venue on email after we left, and there was no compassion, was very rude on the phone and didn’t seem to take/recognise the constructive feedback, no offer of any compensation.
Therefore posting the review, as I wouldn’t normally.
