Enjoyable but run down and very hot

Whilst the place is fun and they serve drink and basic food, the experience was just uncomfortable. It was so hot.
Despite having air con units above none of them were working. The place is also looking tired.

We would be thinking twice about going again.

Once a place gets a bad reputation it is down hill and hard to recover, especially when times are looking likely to get tough economocally.

It was ok, my little ones had fun but it was far too hot in there, it was uncomfortable. That alone would put us off returning.

Golfing hole

Went As a family of 4 on a Saturday evening. Only one other family there. Easy to navigate but lots of the holes are tired looking and some bits need repairing. Quite shabby. Also really really hot in there. Kids enjoyed themselves , but can’t see how it will stay open much longer if they don’t spend some money on it

Fun but tired

The general overall appearance of the place is very poor from the moment you enter the very scruffy entrance. The lads on reception are very good very polite and informative. Sadly, the whole place needs some money spent on it. It is looking very tired and dirty. Some of the yellow arrows on the floor are lifting and have become a hazard for people who are a little infirm on their feet. The place was very busy when i was there, so I'm sure a little refurbishment would make it even busier, if not I fear it will go the same way as the Oasis.

What is the matter with Swindon. Councilors need to get up off their fat backsides and start doing something about the terrible state of our town.

Fun, but rather a short, and costly, mini golf course

Friendly and helpful staff and tidy place, but as a mini golf course it was all a bit disappointing. The holes are far too easy and short and offer little to no challenge or competition. Every one of the 18 holes is either an automatic hole in one or a simple 2 putt affair, with 3 being a high score. The design of everything is quite fun with the industrial style working well, but it's all cosmetic and nothing moves or acts as an obstacle. Overall we were here as a couple and the game, even with waiting at the holes, was no longer than 45 minutes. Personally I don't know if I recommend here, especially if you can get to somewhere like Victoria Falls in bath which is a much much better course and far more fun.

Staff are inept and unprofessional

I’d like to start by saying I am 16. I tried to book over the phone, and was told that while my slot wasn’t booked, I could arrive and pay on site (with my group of six, which is in keeping with government guidelines) as long as we all paid by card. When we arrived, we were told that we couldn’t pay on site (there was a card reader and cash register on the front desk) and that they only took groups of five. The employee who told me this was rude and scathing, and made a couple of references to how we should’ve done more research, despite their employee misinforming me. He was rude and said ‘that’s not my problem, we’re fully booked so get out’. Will not be returning and I advise you to do the same and give this place a wide berth.

Great rainy day destination

Had a thoroughly enjoyable time doing a round with my family (7 and 9) on a very wet day. The holes are quite tricky so we stopped scoring l, but everyone had great fun!

Nice bit of crazy golf.

As self confessed crazy golf aficienados my wife and I had a go at this golf and it is very good. If it's raining then this is the perfect undercover attraction, nip to the outlet village afterwards and make a day of it!

Back to the golf, it is quite tricky at times and you get an easy or hard suggested route and at times it is too easy to just go easy (especially if you are losing).

If you have a tie break and don't want a punch up with family members then you can settle disagreements with a game of pool/snooker or table football afterwards while having a drink.
All in all, thoroughly recommended and one to tick off your list if you like crazy golf.

Great indoor activity perfect for rainy days

Visited with a group of seven. The holes are all well designed with varying degrees of difficulty. You can putt the ball through the obstacles or around the outside for most of them using the sloping Astro Turf. It’s a lot of fun and better than any outdoor course I’ve used. There is air hockey and a pool table as well as a drinks and snacks bar. There is soft play and go karts next door but I didn’t have time to check these out further. There is plenty of parking. This is a reasonably priced activity but I think they could improve the look of the main entrance as it looks a bit industrial and uninviting.

Excellent entertainment

As a family, we love visiting mini golf and kids/myself combined this on a trip to the area.

Pros
Unusual course with easy and difficult suggestions for each hole
Really good fun

Tip to visitors
Looks to be a wide variety of drinks on offer.
Check out pricing offers(we didn't realise they might do some)
There are pool tables too

Cons / tip to management
Arriving at night the entrance needs to be lit a little better. It looked closed from the ground.

Would we visit again?
Yes!
This is a great course, really fun with parking outside.
