Brilliant set of rooms. Novel, well thought out puzzles. The hosts were brilliant. They were helpful rather than intrusive, and gave us the right hints at the right time, rather than telling us how to solve a puzzle. 10/10 would want to improve my safe cracking skill before the next go.

My son wanted to do an escape room for his 13th Birthday, so I chose The Extraction Room after reading previous reviews and was not disappointed!! There were 4 of us and we all had an amazing time and I would highly recommend visiting here if you’re looking to tax your brain, in a fun way, for an hour. Our host was extremely friendly and very helpful and made us all feel comfortable. All in all, a great experience!!!

Excellent escape room! Really well thought through and well made - we were worried we really wouldn’t get out at one point! Would definitely recommend.

Loved it! Super clever planning, exciting, challenging! This was my first escape room and I enjoyed it a lot more than I thought I would :) fully recommended and hats off to the creators who are really passionate and humble!

Loved our time at the Extraction room. Staff were very friendly and helpful throughout the experience. Missed out on escaping by 3 minutes, but were allowed to continue after the time as we were so close... which the kids were happy about. Both kids (12 & 10) enjoyed it and although some parts were tricky they were able to get really involved and helped to solve quite a lot in the end!!

We had great fun! Lots of red herrings in the game which definitely made the win even more exciting, we all talked about the game for the rest of the evening and a few people who were first time players definitely got inspired for escape rooms! Can't wait to see what you guys will bring next, looking forward to it!

The Extraction Room was absolutely fantastic! We had so much fun and such a laugh. The game was so cleverly thought out, with lots of clues and activities so there was never a dull moment or a repetitive task. There were lots of different scenes which made it more exciting and a really immersive experience. We found lots of decoys which added to the whole game, and I'm so impressed with the way the game was thought out - absolutely brilliant!
Fantastic fun, excellent game play and to top it all off, we escaped just in time!

The Extraction Room is brilliant. The concept and game is well thought out and exciting and the staff are super friendly.
I would highly recommend it for a fun adventure.
Me & my husband did it for our wedding anniversary and enjoyed every minute of it.

We had such a fun evening at The Extraction Room in Maidstone. Warmly greeted at the door by Bianca and Jay (fantastic GMs) and once we’d completed all COVID checks and procedures etc (all very well thought out and felt completely safe and at ease) it was onto the room! The game had a clear and concise storyline with the ultimate goal of finding the antidote and escaping to the helipad within 60minutes. As soon as the game starts you’re thrown completely into the story and feel immersed from beginning to end (we enjoyed it so much we were disappointed when it was over!) Wide range and variety of puzzles with a few physical elements thrown in to keep everyone entertained and on their toes throughout. It was clear ALOT of thought, creativity and love had been put into the game to make this an unforgettable experience and it definitely paid off! Can’t recommend enough - suitable for everyone of all ages and experiences; whether it’s your first game or your 100th game you’ll have a blast! Fun, challenging and a guaranteed amazing experience. Big thank you to Bianca and Jay for having us and letting us go back into the room after we’d escaped to chat and re-admire / re-appreciate your brilliant room!
