Have come to the new Cloud 9 in Hemel Hempstead. There is a bar upstairs. Ordered two drinks during happy hour but didn’t get happy hour prices. When we told the guy behind the bar (Milan?) he wasn’t bothered that he had charged full price and didn’t offer the money back. He said that If we bought two more drinks we could have those at happy hour prices. The baileys was also tiny and in shot glass and was £3.80! We had also ordered food so this was a shame. They mention the happy hour a lot on social media so it is a shame that they don’t honour it.

We had a great time worth the kids PB the inflatables but did feel rather unfit after about 10 minutes!!

Cloud 9 is lots of fun for kids and
adults alike - an hour session is well worth the ticket price and we we’ll definitely visit again. Only downside was the limited parking at the venue

Booked online in the morning for 3 children aged 15, 12 and 9 (also have a 9 month old). When we arrived, staff were friendly and gave safety information. Turned out we were the only ones booked for the whole hour so kids had an amazing time and got to go on whatever they wanted with loads of staff available to help! Even joined in so my kids could play dodgeball on one of the inflatables! 9 month old was able to crawl around as well. Snack bar available. Was clean, great equipment and very friendly and helpful staff. My kids had an amazing time! Would highly recommend and will definitely be returning!

I organised my sons 6th birthday party here and have to say it was awesome! All the kids had a great time and the staff on each piece of equipment were excellent with the kids. The equipment is ideal for kids who are not that brave to the very adventurous ones! There was something for everyone! Even the kids who were under 1 meter had fun running around. It is big enough for adults to stand around in too and wasn't very packed. We went for self catering option and took the upstairs room although the option for the bigger room downstairs was available but there was another party after ours so we would have to rush to leave. I found all the staff very friendly and accommodating. I would definitely recommend this place for a party!

Visited Cloud9 with my family and it’s was a fantastic experience for young ones and adults alike. The staff members we interacted with were great and clearly cared about their roles in maintaining fun but with an eye on safety. I cannot recommend it more highly and we will be returning.

I took my two children to Cloud 9 in Watford and they had a fabulous time. The staff were so kind and caring with all of the children. Thank you Cloud 9 team, I will definitely be returning.

I took my 2 daughters and their 2 friends to Cloud 9 for the first time and was so amazed at the amount of fun they all had whilst doing exercise!! They were exhausted after an hour. Impressed with the variety of activities as this was all new to my girls and great to find a leisure centre where the staff are friendly, interactive and attentive ensuring that the children's experience was fun. Definitely will go again.

Forget the gym membership. This place can give you a serious workout even if you’re in your 30s like me. I went with a group of friends and we had a lot of fun - brilliant activities and inflatables. We were well looked after by Cloud 9.

I took my grandkids to Cloud 9 and just have to write to say thank you to the staff for looking after them and making sure they experienced everything on offer. I could see them having the best time from the gallery above while I had a peaceful cup of coffee. It's so nice to see the children interacting with each other and getting lots of exercise instead of sitting in front of a screen. Well done Cloud 9, we've already booked the next session!

My son is 3yr and 5 months can I come with him?
Yes we love welcoming grown ups too. Cloud 9 is not just for kids.
