Currently learning to play golf with Matt, the Pro Golfer at Top Golf. I can see the progress I'm making and enjoying the Sessions. I would defo recommend.

Complete shambles, arrived 4.15pm, advised 2 to 3 hr wait. 4 hours later we were No 1. Absolute joke. Just a money pit as once you're in there all they're interested in is you spending money on food and drink. Can't even select who you went with when writing a review. Yo in have to select something that's incorrect. More shambles.

Disorganised chaos to try and play here, what’s wrong with an online booking system so that people don’t have to travel all the way there and wait for over 4/5 hours, some customers can’t drive all the way home and back again think about petrol costs.

Need to make their rules more noticeable in the waiting area , not just garbled messages from people taking booking, they can make it blatantly obvious in the golfing area but nothing downstairs, unless it’s in the very very small print, also think it’s unfair to fast track, at a time when most people scrimp and scrape to do things they want to squeeze a bit more money out of the ordinary person with kids.

Great way to spend a couple of hours - basically, it's a massive driving range with targets across the field in front. You get to hit the ball in these targets & get points depending on how far/wide you hit the ball. I can imagine on a weekend it is rammed especially if they don't take bookings. Food is decent too and would definitely come back!

I would avoid going a busy times if you aren’t booking. We were 17th in the queue and it took us nearly 3 hours to get a game!
The golf itself is okay, nothing special. You get better value for money at normal golf ranges where some even have better interactive games! Therefore, I’d save your monty and do something else!!

Brilliant experience despite the system crash. Yesterday, my family and I went to Top-golf, to find that we couldn’t order food or any sort of beverage due to a system crash. I spoke to one of the staff members Yax and I must say that he really knew how to handle such situation and was able to understand our frustration along with others’ really well. As soon as the system recovered, He took the courtesy to bring someone to take our order. The staff were all really friendly and we had an amazing time overall. I’d definitely recommend coming here.

We had a great time when we eventually got to play golf. We got there at 1100, but only managed to get onto the ranges at 1400!! The waiting time was beyond ridiculous

Really disappointed. I had been surrey Topgolf with a friend and thought it was fun. I therefore wanted to take my own family (group of 7) only to find out that it is £40 to book a slot per group which would have to be 2 slots as the maximum number per bay is 6. Really disappointed with this price as it isnt even the price for actually playing golf. I wont be booking at time soon!!! Fix your prices!!! Rip off!

Do you know if the "Under 18s must finish their experience before 8pm rule" is only for Friday and Saturday, or the whole week!

As far as Im aware, it is for every night. Under 18 must be out by 8pm. Not sure why, I understand its something to do with the premises having a licence but 8pm is too early in my opinion.

No you don't have to be a pro, it's just for fun. Some people who are great at golf go but it's for all skill levels really, I'm certainly not the best that's for sure and it's still fun.
