Dismal place now
Lots of empty shops losses due to high rents
Park street entrance usually full of rowdy kids not moved on by security staff they just lounge in the massage chairs and cause trouble.

Clean is the only upside, badly managed and security staff seem to be wearing Stab vests!! And dress up like x SAS Gives you a good idea of what they are expecting.

Had the mispleasure of having to go here for vaccination. What a grim place. Although they can now open, there were many closed premises
The only open toilets were in the bus station. Nowhere to sit

I would defo recommend this shopping centre, there's a range of shops and food places. I would defo recommend trying the noodle Bar.

Used to be a nice centre especially in the winter when you could shop, get coffee and park inside. Now Marks is closed and lots of other shops including Rymans there's practically nowhere to shop. The Council are obviously charging too much rent! The majority of shops there are "cheap" clothing shops which are more suited to a market stall. Costa needs a refurb and there's not much else. The lift and escalators keep breaking down. It's very dangerous for people to be walking up and down one escalator and many struggle while Security Staff just stand around and watch without offering help. Why elderly people don't use the lift is beyond me. I'm 73 and I wouldn't even contemplate walking down the stationary escalator. The Manager should make sure it's safe for people to get from one floor to the other but even after receiving complaints, nothing has changed. Last but not least, the Food Hub is a joke.

This place is so good. There’s loads of different shops and restaurants to go too which is amazing. Recommend this to everyone

Got off the train and ended up in the saddlers centre, there is a nice array of shops in there plus places to eat like the Good hub and Costa and it's under cover which nowadays is a good thing, train station right there and bus station within walking distance.

Won't last much longer. Everything is closing and they're doing nothing to help the situation. Rents are too high and the center is tired and outdated. The only recent upgrade is the "food hub" - just a bit of seating. Lifts are usually broke and escalators break down constantly.

After my experience at Burger King on my lunch break from college I will not being using this store again which is my closest and my regular store, as the staff (Molly in particular) is very rude. We ordered a strawberry milkshake and she said they don’t do them, when it was on the menu, and then we asked what other choices have you got and she just stared at us blanking with no expression on her face whatsoever. Because of this we held the whole queue up and it was rather embarassing. This does not define the phrase “great customer service” and Burger King’s slogan “have it your way” as in fact we didn’t have it our way as we had to change the whole order. She also forgot my order and rudely shouted it across the whole store asking what I wanted. When we questioned her OUR receipt she snatched it out of my friends hand and said we don’t get one because we paid contactless. I’m never coming back I’m absolutely furious.

saddlers centre is the only area in Walsall town centre which attracts the town the rest of the town too many empty shops which is a shame for a lovely town.l think the council should reduce the rates which will allow businesses to take them on.
