I have been here many times before, when covid was in full swing! There is a large floor space which is very good! It’s over the top of the Asda- you can scan the QR code and stay for four hours in the car park. Upon entering the Asda you go up the travel escalator! Turn left and it’s there. Large reception area, there is now a desk for you to log your visit there, we pre-booked. It was a bit of a faff tbh. But soon in! There are now more bench’s- baby area, again it’s nice and large- smaller 1 to 3 years area. Large party area! I think there could be two areas. Then the main area where there are slides for older children, a football area there too, but as ever dominated by boys, the toilet area is through some double doors! Disabled toilet/ nappy change in the ladies toilet! There is a cafe with the usual coffee etc. it was busy. I like this soft play and it’s clean and pleasant. I am sure it can be busy and also I heard someone was moaning about waiting for the food for the party! I don’t know if the person was just being unrealistic but I mention it as party’s are stressful and you may want to clarify expectations.

Really friendly , lovely staff and great fun for the kids :) would recommend it for families with kids both on the younger toddler side and kids 10-12 due to the two different areas , very clean and great fun!

Amazing soft play centre for a party. Kerry who manages the parties is totally on the ball and sorts everything. All the kids had a great time! Would totally recommend it. Buffet food is garlic bread, pizza, sarnies, cucumber, chicken goujons and more. Juice on the table for the whole session. All the allergies were catered for. We held our daughters party here last year and again this year..no regrets!

Shame the place has potential but it has unprofessional staff, carless and the floor and the tables not cleaned properly.
