It mostly depend of the ship. The "smaller" ships (less than 50m high and 250m long) are often anchored in the heart of the city, and going to the various landmarks are not an issue. The schedule for the raising bridge list the ships that will go under it : if yours is in the list, then it will be anchored in the center of the city. If your ship is not on the list, then it means that it will be anchored further away. Contact your cruise operator for the details, he probably already planned a bus for going to the inner city.
