April in Paris tour experiences

We had the absolute good fortune of hiring April to be our tour guide to Versailles and Monet's Garden for our family of 11 (ten adults and one infant) in France for a family wedding. April was professional, organized and knowledgeable with an emphasis on safety for one and all. She was so adept at managing our family's happy chaos with grace and an appropriate amount of firmness easing our way so that we could completely be in the magic of any given moment. In addition, she was a delight to spend time with connecting with each one of us! She followed up after our tour with a list of restaurant recommendations to accommodate our large family and other sites to see during our time in Paris. After our experience with April, we 100% recommend her to you. Elle est magnifique!

Social Media doesn’t lie!!!

April was the best guide we’ve ever had! She was energetic the entire time, and told us amazing facts that brought stories to life!!! She spent extra time to make sure we were cared for, and immersed us into the French culture!! If you ever come to Paris, you HAVE to set up a tour with her!!

Fantastic Tour guide

We are a family of four that was touring Paris for the first time. For the most part, we did all the planning ourselves, except for Montmarte and Versailles. We chose to use April in Paris tours for those two areas. Let me tell you. It was two of the easiest, most fun days in Paris!
April was fantastic from the first email. She answered all of my many questions about pricing options and the tour experience, down to my increasingly nervous email about what we would do if the strikes got in the way. There was never a need to worry. The tours went as smoothly as one could wish.
April is a fun, energetic tour guide who makes a point to engage with all family members. She even elicited a few chuckles and smiles from my 13 old son, who is notoriously reticent. She is a fountain of information who guided us around the challenging streets of Montmartre and Versailles. She is especially great at changing and adapting the tour to the interest of the families. When she learned that I like street art, she made it a point to take us around some of the nicer street artworks in Montemarte. She also discussed some of the local artists whose works could be seen.
If you need a tour guide in Paris or just a fun day with a local who knows her stuff, then do not hesitate to book April. You will not be dissapointed.

Marais Shopping Tour

My sister and I planned a "sister trip" to Paris and April made it a special event. She gathered information in advance of the shopping tour with Kasia which helped narrow our choices and created the perfect experience. We found the items we wanted and even had time for a stop at a fabulous chocolate shop. My sister and I will be forever grateful for the wonderful memories of our shopping day with Kasia in beautiful Paris. I highly recommend April in Paris tours. She is the best!

April is the joie de vivre that you need in your life!

April is simply the best! My husband and I booked three days with her during our stay in Paris and she showed us the "joie de vivre" of this incredible city and culture. We cannot thank April enough for the best vacation we've ever had.

Très bien St. Germain Food Tour

We had a wonderful time exploring the delicacies in St. Germain with April. She was lovely person to finally meet in person! She is full of facts of Paris and I never wanted her to stop! It was a marvelous day to be exploring a beautiful part of the city. I’m already trying to find my next trip to Paris and see a new district with her!

p.s She also helped me practice my French! 🇫🇷

I knew about April already. I had heard of her meticulous care for customer experience and her contagious love for Paris and all the ready-to-be-shared secrets awaiting on its streets, alleys and passageways:
Spending a day with April taking the “off the beaten path tour” reintroduced me to the city I have called home for 9 years, and made me want to go out and discover it all over again.
Activity also recommended for tourists ;)
