Prix qui semblent corrects. Service de livraison à améliorer grandement. Délais trop longs sans justification. Les préparateurs de commande font ce qu'ils veulent. même point de livraison, la deuxième commande est arrivée avant la première. La deuxième passée par une personne connue de leurs services, la première, par un inconnu. Montant, en revanche, retiré tout de suite.

Une catastrophe
Il nous annonce des arrivées de whiskys et de suite des ruptures de stock
Et on retrouve leurs produits sur une plate forme connue à des prix prohibitifs
Je me suis plains à la direction qui n'a pas pris le temps de me répondre
J'achète mon whisky ailleurs

They certainly know whisky - but they are not customer focused. After years of purchasing at LMdW, I'm done. No one NEEDS expensive whisky. LMdW would do well to remember that those who WANT expensive whisky can find it elsewhere.
During a recent purchase, I urgently needed to use the restroom and asked to do so while my purchase was being gift wrapped. The salesman informed me that they did not have one. Having patronized the store for years, and having attended tasting sessions on the premises, I responded that I knew very well that there was a restrooms -- only to be told that it was now reserved uniquely for the staff.
I left immediately without concluding my purchase. After resolving my immediate problem, I found two excellent bottles not 100 meters from LMdW…and was happy to spend my money elsewhere.

素晴らしいセレクションと多種多様なボトルを揃えていて、見ているだけでもじゅうぶん楽しめます。日本でも、一部のボトルは手に入れることができますが、パリ店スペシャルが結構あり、価格帯と好みで十分選ぶことができます。ウィスキーだけでなくラムやそのほかスピリッツ系も充実しています。飛行機で持って帰る前提でかなりしっかりと梱包してくれました、。
あと、山崎の値段の高さにびっくりします。

On previous trips to paris we have had difficulty tracking down Canadian whiskey, Crown Royal, Canadian Club, VO ...
The Nicolas franchise carries virtually any other type of liquor (vodka, rum, scotch, etc.) as well as a wide selection of wine, but no Canadian whiskey.
Thankfully my research led us to this place, where the whiskey varieties available are countless, including the aforesaid Canadian brands.
We stocked up early in our vacation for the duration thereof.
Friendly, knowledgeable young staff.

Visited LMDW very good selection of whisky but not impressed with the customer service at all, people working there not really paying attention to customers not until I went down to the basement where they keep the expensive did I catch their attention I did end up buying a couple of bottles but only because I knew these bottles. Go for the selection not the service.
