Accueil parfait.
En revanche le service manque d'attention, il a fallu heller le garçon pour avoir sa note, insensible à nos petit signes.
Mais surtout, j'ai regretté l'iceberg en guise de glaçon (un glaçon hors norme dans un verre a cocktail en gré de 30cl environ soit 70% de glace, promis!) dans mon cocktail Tic&Tac.
Quel dommage.
Il me restera de cette expérience une belle visite du hall magnifique.
Et la déception d'avoir convié mes 2 amis dans ce lieu.

Cocktails that are worth the pricetag - masterful, unusual and to be savoured. The atmosphere was more casual than we were expecting, which was nice, and the staff were very friendly.
It would be great to return again when the terrace is open, during the warmer months.

Belle invitation . Le diner était tout simplement exceptionnel. Un palace, avec la qualité correspondante . Le personnel à vos petit soins. Le chef aurait deux étoiles, c'était un régal . Les assiettes sont vraiment des oeuvres d'art.

We spent NYE here in this lounge. It was small and intimate - perfect for us. So classy and beautifully decorated. The music was great and the drinks were perfect. There was max 60 people and everyone was on the dance floor. This hotel lounge is gorgeous and I’m glad we decide to hangout here as it ended up being a perfect night.

We came with 6 friends to enjoy a cocktail in Le Bar Botaniste of the Shangri-La hotel in Paris. Amazing moment and delightful cocktails prepared and super well-explained by the official bartender of the hotel.
I fully recommend this place !

Amazing service when we stopped at the Shangri-la after going to the Crazy Horse show.
Service was outstanding!
We were talked through the cocktails and given advice on where to eat as part of our stay with the extremely friendly lady servicing us.
It was a just a lovely experience and something we had wanted to do having seen their cocktails on instagram.
Quality, service and the wow factor did not disappoint.
Thank you to the team working late on 9th August 2018 - you are superb and an asset to the Shangri-la group.

While my experience overall was great, I would like to particularly compliment Jordy, a trainee employee, on his professionalism and friendliness, I felt very at home. I only stayed one night, but he made my short stay very enjoyable by personally taking me around the hotel and telling me the very interesting history of the hotel. 5 stars
