I booked 2 massages on Treatwell during my 6 day stay at the Westin. I received confirmations for both and my credit card was charged. Then a few days before my 2nd massage I got an email from the spa saying that they were fully booked and could not accommodate me. That is a horrible system!
In addition, there is no receptionist to greet people. During my massage a man was yelling "Hello, Hello" looking for someone to help him and no one came. He yelled for about 5 minutes, which greatly affected the enjoyment of my massage. It's hard to relax when someone is yelling just outside the door. Lastly, while the massage was nice it definitely was not the deep tissue massage that I booked. The pressure was very light and more like a Swedish massage. The therapist was was nice - she just didn't go deep tissue.

Le soin au miel des toits de Paris est très impressionnant pour la peau. Elle respire de nouveau. Les conseils pour prendre soin de soi sont simples et ne nécessitent pas de produits onéreux ni peu respectueux de l'environnement. Merci beaucoup!

The Far East meets the City of Light...large, quiet, individual spheric cabins have live views of the Eiffel Tower and surrounding area cleverly projected onto screens in the treatment areas.
Emmanuel, my therapist was so great at working out the travel kinks in my neck, back and feet that I booked him for the following day as well to get to the trouble areas that were plaguing me. I came limping in and left walking under my own steam.
I adored the products they used and the choices in the aromatherapies for energy, calm, sleep, stress relief to name a few.
I did not have a facial, but saw they use Sothy's products which I love.
