I booked this tour several weeks ago. I received confirmation when I reserved AND I received a reminder email the day before the tour. Myself, and the others that were at the meeting spot, were thoroughly disappointed when no guide showed up…. We tried to contact them by phone and WhatsApp but no response. We still have not received any messages from the company. AVOID booking with them; choose another company or take a tour offered at the Tourist Office.

We and other participants have booked a tour including confirmation at 10 am. When we were at the agreed meeting point we were told by the Spanish tour guide that there was no tour in English at 10am, although 8 people were there. We were assured that there would be a tour at 6 pm in any case. However, at 6 pm at the same meeting point there was no guide. I have not experienced anything like this on any other free walking tour and was very annoyed.

Muy bien el tour con Phillip, ameno, extenso y con mucha informacion. Lo repetiria sin dudar. Quiza eché en falta algo de informacion sobre establecimientos de la zona (restaurantes, etc) ya que para los turistas es importante tener algo de informacion de primera de mano

Hemos tenido el placer de hacer el tour en español con Philippe y ha sido todo un lujo.
Para empezar, ha hecho el tour para un grupo de 5 personas (lo que dice mucho de él). Luego hemos callejeado aprendiendo la historia y anécdotas de esta ciudad.
Puede que hoy haya sido su último tour en esta ciudad, pero mantiene la empresa así que estamos seguros de que eligirá a los mejores guías para continuar enseñado esta ciudad.
Mucha suerte y esperamos que volvamos a coincidir algún día.

El free tour fue espléndido. No solo aprendimos a movernos por la ciudad, sino que aprendimos un montón de su historia. El guía lo explicó todo de forma amena y sencilla, e incluso adaptó el tour a nuestras necesidades en función del tiempo que nos quedábamos en la ciudad. Las dos horas y media pasaran volando. Si tenéis la oportunidad de hacer el free tour, hacedlo sin duda, merece muchísimo la pena.

Had two confirmations the evening before the tour, so booked train tickets Narbonne to Montpellier. The morning of the tour it was cancelled.

Wim was a fabulous tour guide with an amazing amount of interesting information. We loved our tour and learned so much about the city, it's history and unique art. Highly recommend. Our friend who lives here loved it as well and also learned many new fascinating facts.

Wim was an interesting tour guide (and Montpellier was an interesting city) who took us around numerous charming streets in the old city, with the walk culminating at the most beautiful ones 2h30m after we started! Great morning well spent.
