We had a fabulous time with Jessica and 5 other wine bar enthusiasts. Jessica is just lovely and has great affection for and excellent knowledge of Toulouse and the SW of France - the food and the wine. We walked, we tasted, we listened, we talked, we ate and we drank. Excellent value and great fun. Our little group had couples and a solo traveller. And everyone had a lovely time.

Jessica, a nossa guia, é ótima; o grupo era pequeno (apenas cinco pessoas); os três bares muito bons, cada um à sua maneira. É uma ótima maneira de conhecer não só bares, mas vinhos da região. Neste tour, os brancos eram todos incríveis.

We had a great time with Jessica (Jess) across a few hours in the markets exploring not only the wonderful stalls and the markets themselves, but learning about the local history and all the things that make the markets happen. I can't recommend Jess' tour highly enough - we'll be back for sure!

Jessica is knowledgeable, efficient, and friendly. The tour not only gives you tastings but insights into culture and food production practices. I learned a lot about French food even though I have spent a lot of time in France over the years. Always more to learn!!!! I was travelling solo so it was nice to have a small group to tour with. Luckily we were all adventurous eaters but Jessica is ready for people who are not. She can adapt as needed. Professional and well done.

Delightful evening! Jessica is a wonderful and knowledgeable vine expert and host. Highly recommend spending an evening in the new city, learning about vine production off this region, tasting wonderful selection of vines and socializing with a lovely group of people.

This is the best way to start your stay in Toulouse, learning about and experiencing French markets, cheese and wine with a knowledgeable and engaging local. This is my second time participating in this tour and I will gladly do it again next time I'm here. Thank you, Jessica!

This week Rose Aimee and I had the great opportunity and pleasure of experiencing a Taste of Toulouse! The Victor Hugo Marche is heaven for people who not only adore food, but also the sourcing and detailed care that goes into growing of our food, the appreciation of
terroir; the reverence for the food and its preparation. Our guide was Jenn. She is terrific and clearly loves what she’s doing! Her relationships with the business/shop owners serves her well. Along with her continued learning about foods, cultures, she’s perfect for this! The breadth of her knowledge is incredible. I learned so much and couldn’t have been happier with the entire experience! Thank y’all!

Talk about a great tour! We went to the Marché Victor Hugo tour as our first introduction to Toulouse and really loved it. Jessica was so knowledgeable not only about the market but about the city and its food culture as a whole. She made the tour interesting, relaxing, and fun over the span of almost four hours. I had a great time with my parents, and I would recommend to anyone coming to Toulouse as an introduction experience in the city! Jessica also sent along a fabulous list following the tour of information we had discussed and other recommendations to make our dining experience in Toulouse amazing. Thank you, Jessica!

Jessica is very friendly and provided a wonderful tour of the food market. She is knowledgeable about so many different types of food. Our group sampled some food during the tour and then had a flavorful tasting at the end with everything she purchased, including wine. She was very generous and no one left hungry. I definitely learned a lot and also met some very nice people.

If you like wine, want to discover new varietals in a friendly & knowledgeable environment then this is the tour for you. Add in some great charcuterie & cheese & a wonderful host in Jessica & you can’t go wrong.
