I was able to take advantage of half a day for an oenology course which was fantastic.

I took part in an oenology course with the secret of taste buds. The experience was very enriching. Starting first with a visit to the vineyards and ending with the blind tasting of certain bottles.
This is to allow us to better understand how to appreciate a wine and, above all, why we appreciate it.

This introductory course is a very pleasant experience which combines olfactory tests, tastings and a visit to a vineyard near the castle. Vanessa the host masters her subject and shares her knowledge with us in a joyful and relaxed atmosphere.
