Very nice visit. The person in charge of the tour took the time to explain the different stages and the history of olive oil.

Really a unique experience, beautiful estate, got a lot of information about olives and olive oil. Tasting was a bit simple, but nice olive oil.

Our group of 18 had a delightful afternoon touring the olive grove, learning about its history, and sampling the oils. Claire, the owner, is an agronomist. She generously shared her time and knowledge on a walk through the property and processing facility then provided us with an outstanding lunch.
This is not a tour through a big factory, but rather a look at a small business in a rural area. Claire talked about the history of her valley, where shepherds once took shelter in the stone huts, or bories. She shared the challenges she’s faced and her excitement when her products were awarded gold and silver medals.

A wonderful way to spend the day. We have visited Mas Des Bories twice in the last 10 years. Most recently, we brought 16 friends for a tour of the olive groves and oil pressing plant - and for a wonderful catered lunch. Claire, the owner, arranged everything and everything was perfect. The grounds are gorgeous, the oils are spectacular, and Claire was a wonderful host - teaching us about the olive oil process from tiny tree cuttings to aged trees, to harvesting and pressing the olives. We tasted a wide variety of oils (and a marvelous vinegar) and our lunch on the outdoor porch area was delicious. All of our guests rated this afternoon as one of their favorite parts of our vacation in Provence. Clare is beyond wonderful in terms of helping to plan and orchestrate a group visit to her beautiful property.

Tres belle experience en Provence, un accueil mémorable, chaleureux et simple comme on les aime. Dégustation d 'une huile absolument délicieuse, après une visite du domaine absolument magnifique, une très belle découverte également pour les enfants.
