Péssimo atendimento, só na hora da saída do Tour informaram que estava funcionando só metade, Não entraram em contato antes,
O almoço estava incluído, mas disseram como eram poucas pessoas não iriam fazer, reembolsaram 30CF que mal dá pra comprar um sanduíche.

Ao chegarao mos em Chemonix com os ingressos prontos nos dirigimos para subir até o pico mais altol

This was my third year using Chamex. Sebastian runs a great company with excellent communication and very safe and knowledgeable guides. After two mountaineering trips this year was pure rock climbing. I learned a lot and hope to return next season.

Basicamente, uma excursão de ônibus da Keytours, de Genebra até Chamonix, com passes para subir até perto do topo do Mont Blanc, e subir de trem de cremalheira até a geleira Mère de Glace.
O local é fantástico, principalmente a subida até 3.800, em uma elevação perto do Mont Blanc. Vista espetacular !!
O problema foi que o guia da Keytours me deu um mapa que mostrava o local onde estaria o ônibus em Chamonix para voltar para Genebra, às 17:00. Porém, o ônibus não estava lá. Meu celular é do Brasil. e não foi possível ligar para a Keytours para perguntar onde estaria o ônibus. Ao final, tive que pegar um trem para voltar a Genebra, onde cheguei quase 21:00 hrs. Teria chegado às 18:30, se houvesse voltado no ônibus da Keytours.
Na semana seguinte fiz contato com a Keytours, para relatar o fato e reclamar, mas, porém, a tosca resposta foi que a responsabilidade era minha, que eu deveria ter ligado ou perguntado em um restaurante que eles comentaram onde estaria o ônibus. Péssimo exemplo de falta de responsabilidade ! Em nenhum momento assumiram NADA, nem tampouco o fato de terem dado um mapa com uma indicação ERRADA !
Conclusão: o local é fantástico ! A Keytours, uma Tragédia !!

Communication was great, and our guide, Octavio, was the best we have ever had. He was sincere, safe and extremely knowledgeable about everything we did. This guy was the best. Made me and my wife feel comfortable the entire time. Any extra equipment we needed was next door a the ski shop and they were also great to work with. I highly recommend them but especially Octavio.

They double charged for same seats but would not refund. They refused to forward their complaints procedure or details of a manager to resolve. Avoid. We are looking into contacting Swiss regulatory authorities.

We had some excellent visibility for our day trip with John, an amazing guide with infinite patience. If you decide to snowboard it, be prepared for EXTENSIVE traversing and low speed flats on narrow tracks. I would say we spent maybe an hour of actual snowboarding with two track traversing the reminder. Chamex had good communication throughout with exception of needing two telescoping poles person instead of just one. They were very helpful in finding the rental crampons and tuning shop as well. Avalanche gear and a crash course in use was provided. Overall a unique experience made better by them.

Communication started out really strong. I emailed back and forth and booked a high mountain granite rock climbing trip for my husband. I thought I was very clear about my expectations (my husband is a strong climber and wanted to do a classic route utilizing the Aiguille du Midi- he also brought all of his mountaineering gear to cross a glacier, etc).
This guide service is very expensive compared to some of the others. However, I kept telling myself it was a once in a lifetime experience and was going to be one of those unforgettable memories....
Instead we paid a lot of money to pretty much hire a buddy for him to climb with. The route was easy, he wouldn’t have needed a guide, not a classic, no mountaineering gear needed, a short uneventful day.
Be extremely clear when you meet with your guide and tell them exactly what you want to do. OR, go elsewhere.

A friend and I did the 6-day Mont Blanc in June of 2018. Overall, I have to say that Chamex is one of the best companies I've ever interacted with, and is extremely well-run. Blanka and Lucy answered many emails from me before my arrival, and the information they provided was extremely helpful. Our guides, Octavio and Elodie, were very professional and safety-conciuous. I have a fear of heights, but never had a problem since they were both so confidence-inspiring. We made it to the top of both summits, Gran Paradiso and Mont Blanc, and had great stays at the Refugio Victore Emmanuele II and the Tetes Rousses and Gouter Huts. Octavio and Elodie held group meetings every nights to explain what we would be doing the next morning and what kind of things we needed to bring/be prepared for. Despite our success, my favorite day was actually our glacier training on Grand Montes-- it made me want to come back and learn more skills! My group as lucky both in terms of weather and in that all four of us were relatively young and at the same level of (pretty decent fitness). This meant we could move efficiently without much waiting or stopping for others. Be aware that this may not be the case in your group however! Overall, a fantastic experience, and thanks to Lucy, Blanka, Sebastian, and especially Elodie and Octavio!
