Best wine tour we have ever been on. Private tour with every cent.

Worth every penny. Incredible experience! We came to France to celebrate our honeymoon and this was the highlight of our 10 day trip. We booked two private full days with Vincent. We are wine professionals from California and we learned so much. Vincent has a unique way of talking about wine, which is relaxed and relatable. The highlight of the trip was visiting tiny producers that do not get distributed in the states. We ended in a wine shop that had hundreds of different selections to be able to purchase and ship back home. He handled everything and made it extremely easy.

Can I double the stars?! Seriously, what a magnificent choice! I read reviews everywhere! I googled, I did the research, and it all pointed me to Vincent! This is your guy! He was always so responsive to our emails, he always made sure we knew where he was at the day that he picked us up from our hotel to take us to his beautiful wine region. An overall truly amazing experience from the beginning to the end! He makes you feel so comfortable and just so at ease that it all sinks in. Trust me, he pumps all kinds of wine info into you! From planting, growing, harvesting, to making the wine info! It is all hands on! We could not be happier that he fought through the Covid challenges and still managed to open up his own wine bar where his wine tour ends! He fed us a beautiful charcuterie board and even some hubby! Loooove it alll! Vincent is your guy, just pay the price and do it, you won’t be sorry! I guarantee it!

Amazing Wine Tour

Vincent was an amazing tour guide! We learned a lot about the local wine region and about winemaking in general. He has a lot of in depth knowledge about different aspects of winemaking and is enthusiastic to share this information, including for those relatively new to the finer aspects of wine and wine tasting.

I would recommend this tour to anyone who is interested in learning more about Cote Rotie and Condrieu wines.

Vincent was very knowledgeable about various wine varieties, the wine making process, and the region in general. He clearly has great relationships with area producers and tailored our experience to our tastes and preferences. The tour was a highlight of our Lyon experience! Highly recommend!

Incredible Wine Tour of Rotie and Condrieu

Incredible tour of Cote Rotie and Condrieu. Vincent was not only super nice and so much fun, he was also the most knowledgeable and well-connected wine tour guide I have ever had on any wine trip. Vincent is a winemaker, consultant to Domaines, and wine store owner, and EVERYONE in Condrieu and Rotie seems to know and love him. Best wine tasting experience I have ever had, and Vincent was able to tell us so much about the region, its wines, the winemaking process, and the people of the Northern Rhône. Vincent gets my top recommendation. You should book him as often as possible. He is the best, especially for people who really love wine.

Excellent tour & guide - highly recommended!

Spent an excellent day learning about and tasting wines of the Northern Rhône with Vincent, who was engaging and quite friendly. He is is from the area so is well informed about the locale, producers, techniques, etc… and has spent years in the wine industry in various roles giving him extensive first hand knowledge that he enthusiastically shares throughout the tour.

Relaxed and informative day in Beaujolais.

We visit Lyon regularly and know Vincent to be an excellent wine host in the past. He’s knowledgeable, passionate, happy to answer all our questions, and speaks perfect english. So although we had not been to Beaujolais before we knew his tour of the region would be great. And so it turned out, relaxed, informative and highly enjoyable. He collected us in central Lyon and the day flew by between the wine tastings, nice lunch, and good conversation. No visits to big growers, but instead small wineries and young up-coming local producers. Thanks Vincent - hopefully we’ll be back soon!

Sébastien est un grand passionné, à l’écoute et il parle du vin avec Amour. Rien de mieux que de passer une journée en dégustant des super vins! Je vous recommande++

Wine Tour With a Personal Touch

If you are looking for a wine tour which is fun, highly personal and informative go ahead and book a tour with Vincent! You are in for a truly memorable experience. We booked a half-day tour to the iconic Northern Rhone Valley. The tour included a drive to the scenic vineyards, a stop at a small family winery with wine tasting and ended with a relaxing visit at Vincente´s private tasting room in Condrieu were we sampled some of his highly curated wines paired with local cheese and crackers. The beauty of the tour is how it demonstrated in vivid detail how terroir, sun exposure, elevation and microclimate come together to create the unique wines of this region. Vincente´s passion and expertise make him the perfect ambassador for his native region. At the same time his down to earth personality is a welcome change from the often snobbish wine guides known in this industry. Can't wait to book another of his tours upon my return to Lyon!
