This is a cool museum - it’s free aside from a donation that they ask for.
They sell both Siemens Healthineers coffee cups with a X-ray on them as well as a 8g jump drive with a skeleton hand.
Tells history of Siemens to include WWII Nazi time period.

This is a nice free museum which provides a comprenhensive history and background of the evolution of medical instruments such as XRays and MRI Scanners. Even for someone with no knowledge of medical instruments will find this interesting.

Schönes Museum, dass durch die Röntgen/ Siemens Medizintechnik- Geschichte führt. Soweit gut aufgearbeitet. Die Stationen mit den Polarisationsfiltern hat uns besonders gut gefallen. Der Eintritt ist kostenlos. Das Kaffee im Eingangsbereich hat einen sehr guten Kaffee ;)

O museu não é muito grande, mas para quem se interessa por evolução tecnologia ( mais especificamente médica) é bem interessante. Vc pode usar um tablet pra receber infos por codes e ver o nome das máquinas todas - minha filha de 10 anos adorou. Os áudios e as explicações do museu estão em alemão e inglês. Não há taxa de entrada, cerca de 2horas é o suficiente para visitar o local. Possui estacionamento ( é fácil o acesso com transporte público tbm) e cafeteria no local. Vc pode comprar uma caneca ou pendrive se souvenir na saída (5€ cada). O atendente falava inglês e alemão- foi muito solícito.

Amazing showcase of technology from History ...
I believe there will be more coming out of this history into future life.
Showcasing medical technology from beginning to date ... how it evolved
Great for a GEEK mind person... where you can learn how medical machines were built and worked in those days
Many things to learn....
But for a any one not interested into medical history or machines it might be a bit boring.
Its a small place packed with history of hearing aids, X-rays, Electricity therapy, CT Scan and so many other devices and machines.
The front of the museum serves as a cafe and gift shop with a decent coffee.
It doesn't take more than 1 hour for exhaustive tour for a quick look 25 mins will do.

Þetta er með betri söfnum sem ég hef farið á þegar kemur að upplýsingagjöf. aðgangur er frír og þeir láta gesti hafa ipat með upplýsingum á enski sem hægt er að nota þegar safnið er skoðið og hægt er að sjá myndir og fleira.

Was staying at a hotel which was walking distance from this museum, so we ventured in. I was totally awed by the history of medical research done by Siemens from eons ago. Being a German company, they don't blow their own trumpet, I guess but this was a worthwhile visit. The guide was a young guy who was very enterprising. I also love the café run by a lady inside the museum. A must visit for anyone interested in the medical world.

Nice place with a lot of historical Siemens's medical machines. You can buy some gifts and they have free books with medical divices history.

Located in an old Siemens building, the architecture is already pretty nice - red brick building former Siemens factory. Entrance is for free. You get an overview about the history of medical engineering - mid 19th century. It tells stories of persons important for Siemens as well as innovations and technology developments in medical engineering. Once in a while special exhibits are taking place - always interesting.
A café for a break with coffee and a snack is located there as well.
