So disappointed in these guys, booked tickets online for an event, money came out of my account but no tickets. Had asked on the website when would I get them and was told 2 days before gig. Emailed 2 days and was told booking didn’t come through and no more transport available. Is going to cost €140 in taxi to get back and money still not returned. Genuinely disappointed, hate that I was one of those people screaming down a phone but their apathy was shocking

We used City Event Travel to transport our group of 6 from Berlin to the cruise terminal in Warnemunde. They were very reliable and allowed plenty of time for us to arrive. The driver was excellent and the vehicle was clean and comfortable.
