デュッセルドルフ旧市街の北側にあるBurgplatzの近くにある教会です。教会外側で十字架に張付けられている３体の像と、教会内の赤色の美しいライトアップとマリア母子像が特に印象的でした。非現実感を感じることが出来たユニークな教会でした。

St. Lambertus è la principale chiesa cattolica di Dusseldorf, vicinissima alla Burgplatz, si trova in un contesto diverso dal resto della città, caratterizzato da case a mattoncino, e non a caso la chiesa è ritenuta l'edificio più antico della città. Le grandi vetrate gotiche sono l'aspetto che mi ha colpito più di tutti, e incidono notevolmente sull'aspetto interno della chiesa, che se potete, vi invito a visitare in una giornata di sole e in una nuvolose, vi sembreranno due chiese diverse.

Kirche St. Lambertus – ist eine große Basilika am Rheinufer. Der Eintritt war kostenlos. Die Basilika hat mir gefallen.

A landmark of the historical Altstadt (old town), St Lambertus is a Catholic Basilica and one of the oldest buildings in Dusseldorf. It is characterised by a twisted spire, resulting from a fire in 1815. Enter the Basilica and enjoy its beautiful architecture, the high altar, chapels, tower organ, and many works of art and decorative ornaments, in a serene and peaceful environment. Well worth the visit.

St. Lambertus’ is such a beautiful church. So peaceful and still. The sculptures are mesmerizing and detailed that you catch yourself just looking at them. Well worth the time to stroll around.

Ligt mooi aan de oever van de Rijn. Buiten een mooie beeldengroep met kruisiging samen met goede en slechte moordenaar. Binnen is de kerk nogal somber . Mooie preekstoel en madonna

WOW so big so majestueux, the work to it. It make you realise, how the catholic religion was 300 years ago. But as well the money the religion had to built something like that. But it sad to see those place empty now. A beautiful architecture.

女性の像がいろいろある聖堂でした。守護聖女ウルスラ像です。当初は、聖母子と想像しましが聖女は冠を被り矢をもっています。聖ウルスラのアトリビュートと解り、ウルスラの冠と矢と判明しました。。栄光の聖母マリア像があります。またイエスを支える聖母の姿(ピエタ）に悲しみをかんじました。

Not only the building and the insides were somewhat different to the "usual" churches and basilicas you see in the region, but the window colourings - literally black and white were definitely something special.
